Negative points • Although I booked a twin room, they told there were none available. The first room they showed me on the second floor was extremely noisy due to loud music and vibrations from the restaurant and event space. The next room they offered faced the road, but the wall was not soundproof and the outside noise was very disturbing. • When I tried to speak with the manager, there was no manager available on Sundays. If the manager is off, there should be someone acting on their behalf. • The restaurant had many flies. There were both soft-boiled and hard-boiled eggs, but even the “hard-boiled” ones were half-cooked inside. When I asked for a properly hard-boiled egg, one of the kitchen staff gave me an unpleasant look, and even after asking, the egg was still undercooked (photo). The male kitchen staff were unfriendly, and it was impossible to order any egg dishes comfortably. • The corridor lights turn off automatically, making it pitch dark and creepy. Очень классный отель, после дороги и долгих дней без цивилизации был как живительный глоток))) Прекрасное обслуживание, просторные номера, очень красиво и чисто, большая ухоженная территория, нам все очень понравилось, единственное «но» - это бассейн, полотенец мы так и не дождались от персонала, а баня находится в спорт зале который слишком рано закрывается, поэтому при всем желании посетить бассейн нам это сделать к сожалению не удалось

The reception staff were welcoming and had a sense of humour. The hotel is comfortable and the breakfast buffet has a great choice of foods. I'll definitely stay there again when next in Kigali.

Отель очень понравился! Неожиданно высокий уровень обслуживания, не уступает лучшим отелям Турции. Номер стандарт достаточно просторный, большая кровать с двумя тумбочками и кушеткой, большой шкаф, длинный стол и стулья, кресло с журнальным столиком - мебели достаточно для комфорта. В ванной душевая кабина, ванна, не хватает только биде или гигиенического душа. В ванной также стеллаж для одежды. Чистота на высоте. Сервис тоже: вечером приходит работник и расстилает постель, ставит около нее тапочки и коврик типа полотенца. Завтрак проходит возле бассейна, на улице или в помещении. На шведском столе, помимо стандартных блюд, три разных салата, несколько видов сыров (в том числе камамбер и рокфор), 4-5 видов свежих соков (арбуз, ананас, маракуйя и др), из фруктов - два вида маракуйи, арбуз, ананас, оранжевые шарики - ”гусиная ягода”, папайя, а также плоды томатного дерева. Завтрак изысканный!

Ho avuto un buon soggiorno all'Hotel Royal Crown. L'hotel era pulito, la camera era una bella dimensione, e aveva un comfort. Ho apprezzato la TV intelligente e la sensazione generale della camera. Il servizio di pick-up dell'aeroporto è stato conveniente e costa $30.Il colazione è stato incluso e ha frutta fresca, un omeletto semplice, e patate che erano davvero buone. L'unica questione che avevo era che le porte del balcone non si chiuserebbero, cosa che doveva essere affrontata per la sicurezza e la pace mentale degli ospiti. In generale, è stato un piacevole soggiorno con buone attrazioni e un servizio utile.

Hello I’m Max . I have stayed at this hotel for two nights from 7/30/25 to 7/31/25. It’s a great place to stay and very clean and convenient from the airport I believe less than 10 mn . The food was good and affordable , the breakfast was included but you don’t have much option. You get it delivered to your room or get it delivered to the restaurant upstairs. The room is spacious. My only complaint that : there is a lot of early morning noise from the hotel staff , I mean so much noise from the staff. Other than that everything else was okay. I will definitely recommend it to anyone in town or visiting Kigali .

The house is clean, and customer-experience is good. Their breakfast recipe is rich, and I like tree tomatoes juice, pineapple a lot!

The hotel was nice and the staff are very friendly but the food was horrible. I think they really need to employ new chefs. The food was so bad that when I order a chicken bryani I couldn't eat it.

Hotel was near airport but far away from the city. Room was poorly maintained as many appliances were faulty, such as the fan and water heater, which were quickly fixed by the staff. Would not recommend if you want a fuss free stay.

The staff here work very hard and maintain the standard for this property. It was clean and friendly staff. The only problem is the owner/manager of this place. It was fully booked and was offered another accommodation for the first night and then taken back to the original plan compliment from the owner which was appreciated but not appreciate that the inconvenience wasn't our fault as we are just guests. I will put it down to you having a stressful day. Speaking with other guests they didn't get what they requested eg a balcony. People book for the amenities and it ruins it when the standards are not met. The location is completely different, the washing machine is broken, breakfast is very basic you are lucky to get an omelette. There are no choices or care if you cannot eat certain foods. The WiFi goes as far as the living room and will not reach the rooms so you need to stay in the living room. The air conditioning is not working but there are fans to help if you are too hot. This location has a few shops but the location that shows I wanted to be near the gym which was within walking distance to the property. There are restaurants and a butcher close by so you can cook yourself something to eat.
