MMiss PKOur stay at The Forest Lodge at Camp John Hay was truly pleasant. The atmosphere was calm and refreshing, surrounded by pine trees and cool mountain air. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were courteous and accommodating, making sure our stay was smooth and enjoyable.
Its location within Camp John Hay made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions while still enjoying peace and quiet. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Baguio.

Although it’s quite an old hotel, the highest standards are delivered. It’s quite expensive, although the dining and drinking options are priced quite reasonably for a hotel of this nature. We really enjoyed a very relaxing stay, enjoying the outdoor views and easygoing classic charm. Great job, and thank you!

Il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) a Baguio è stato davvero piacevole. Erano costantemente gentili, attenti e sempre disposti ad assistere, il che ha fatto davvero una differenza nella nostra esperienza generale.
La pulizia dell'hotel è eccellente. Camere, strade e aree comuni sono senza spot, e si può dire che il custode della casa si fa orgoglio del loro lavoro. Le camere sono ben mantenute, confortevoli e forniscono tutto quello che ti serve per un soggiorno rilassante.
Un altro punto di vista è la posizione.L'hotel è convenientemente situato più vicino al cuore di Baguio per un facile accesso ai punti popolari, ma lontano abbastanza da godere di un'atmosfera tranquilla e tranquilla. È un grande equilibrio per il relax e per l'esplorazione della città.
Il colazione illimitato era una piacevole sorpresa, il cibo era delizioso e pieno, dandoci l'energia che ci serviva per iniziare il nostro giorno di visione. Un po'di più varietà nel menu sarebbe bello per gli ospiti che soggiornano per molte notti, ma in generale, era una grande perchè.

In generale, Hotel Urban Khotel (Kurban Hotel) ha superato le nostre aspettative. Personale pulito, ben situato, amichevole, delizioso colazione e grandi viste.Tutto ciò che volevi in una porta di Baguio. Molto raccomandato, e sicuramente rimarremmo qui di nuovo!

112MariaQuesta è la nostra seconda permanenza nella cabina di log, la prima è una piacevole esperienza in Q4 del 2017. Questa volta abbiamo prenotato la Pine Suite, che ci ha impressionati con le sue strutture e una terrazza che guarda il Giardino Botanico.
Mentre la cabina di log sembrava un po' più vecchia, apprezzo il parcheggio esclusivo al lobby frontale.
Il buffet di colazione gratuito era un po'di declino, quindi abbiamo scelto dopo il primo tentativo.
In generale, ci siamo divertiti e probabilmente ritorneremo, ma potremmo rimandare il buffet di colazione a meno che non vi siano miglioramenti.

1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests.
2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area.
3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool.
However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas:
1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience.
2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved.
3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted.
4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service.
We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

KKSD31We recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff who made our stay pleasant.
The room was also clean and comfortable, especially the bathroom it was spotless, with no signs of prior use or any foul smells. However, the lack of an exhaust fan meant that any odors stayed trapped inside. Additionally, the room had no windows that could be opened for fresh air circulation. While there was an air conditioner, it still felt like the air wasn’t circulating well.
Breakfast was just okay nothing special. The selection was quite limited, so you’re left with only what’s available. Compared to Elizabeth Hotel, which is more affordable and offers a more appetizing breakfast buffet with a wider variety, this was a bit of a letdown.
As for amenities, the hotel offers a jacuzzi and a heated pool, which is great in theory. However, their location in the middle of a restaurant makes it awkward to use since you’ll likely have an audience while swimming.
We also tried the Japanese restaurant on the mezzanine level. The food was good and affordable, but the sashimi was cut too thick about an inch which made it difficult to eat.
Despite these minor inconveniences, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional cleanliness. If cleanliness is a top priority for you, this hotel is a great choice!

The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient for exploring the area. Rooms were set up nicely and clean. However, the service left much to be desired. Despite requesting a mountain or pine view room in advance, I was assigned a roadside room instead. Additionally, when I inquired about the possibility of packing breakfast earlier or have it plated and serve later on, I never received a response.
The room itself was lacking in basic amenities. Double lock on the door for added security was broken, and essential items such as room slippers, a laundry bag, and a blow dryer were missing. Overall, the front desk staff could improve in handling requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Rrjm30La camera dell'hotel è spaziosa. La camera da letto è pulita. Il letto e le lenzuola è pulita e grigia ... abbiamo prenotato alla regina deluxe solo con un ventilatore soffitto, ma si sente come il tuo interno in una camera con aria condizionata.. il personale è amichevole e cute. Servono colazione a buffet se gli ospiti sono 30p ax e sopra solo.. benché solo poche scelte di cibo al buffet, ci sentiamo ancora sfiati ... sicuramente, ci prenoteremo di nuovo..
