Hotel con colazione a Lagos

Ho prenotato una stanza qui a breve termine e mi ha sorpreso della rapida risposta del team, che potevano organizzare un pick-up dall'aeroporto quando sono arrivato in Nigeria un giorno dopo la completazione della prenotazione. Il pick-up dall'aeroporto è stato immediatamente con il personale di guida che manteneva contatto dal punto di prenotazione prima di arrivare in Nigeria al punto di entrata in macchina. Il manager mi ha salutato all'arrivo e per posta elettronica con i dettagli delle strutture disponibili all'hotel, compresi come accedere al WiFi. Mi ha colpito quanto l'intero processo sia stato senza saldatura ed efficienza rispetto ad altri hotel che ho soggiornato. Sicuramente lo consiglierei.

Service was amazing from start to finish. Communication is quick and all staff are happy to make themselves known to guests. All staff are happy to help even management. They have an incredible way of making guests feel welcomed. Three meals served throughout the day buffet style which is a great addition. Great location right on the lagoon with great views and plenty of restaurants nearby and stores within walking distance. The room was much bigger than I anticipated with a lot of space. Based on my experience I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

La stanza è buona, la spazzatura è molto pulita. L'unica cosa che ha fatto è rimuovere un cellulare. Non so se sia stata tolta dalla spazzatura.

La posizione dell'hotel era molto conveniente per il mio viaggio, e le strutture e le strutture soddisfano un buon standard. Il personale (anche se alcuni hanno problemi di atteggiamento) erano anche gentile e benvenuto durante il mio soggiorno. Tuttavia, gli ospiti (in particolare non nazionali) dovrebbero essere cauti quando chiedono servizi o ordinano cibo, poiché i prezzi sono inflati, incoerenti e significativamente più alti di quanto previsto nel menu. Raccomando vivamente di controllare attentamente il menu e di confrontare i prezzi con gli hotel o i fornitori di servizi vicini prima di fare acquisti per evitare di essere sovraccaricati, anche se ciò si applica al di fuori dell'hotel.
