UUtente ospite- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat.
- Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa.
- The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb.
- Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist at every moment made our experience seamless and memorable. He truly represents the high standards of hospitality that the Four Seasons brand is known for.
The hotel itself is magnificent. The restoration and decoration beautifully reflect an authentic Moroccan touch, blending traditional craftsmanship with refined luxury. From the intricate details, elegant colors, and artisanal elements to the serene atmosphere throughout the property, every corner tells a story of heritage and sophistication. The architecture and interior design create a sense of calm, elegance, and cultural richness that enhances the overall experience.

UUtente ospiteDas Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort ist der Hassanturm und die Medina fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn fährt in direkter Umgebung.
Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und wurde gut gereinigt. Die Handtücher müssten jedoch mal getauscht werden, da sie sehr fleckig sind.
Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück.
Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, was für uns erstmal okay wäre, aber es ist ständig was nicht vorhanden. Das Brot ist in winzige Stücke geschnitten. Es fehlen Löffel, Zangen o.ä. um die Lebensmittel vom Buffett zu entnehmen. Die Teller und das Besteck sind noch nass, die Tische nur teilweise gedeckt, man muss nach Kaffee und Besteck fragen und erntet dafür nur verwunderte Blicke.

FFeitianlansedeyingPoiché è molto soddisfatto dell'ambiente, del parcheggio, della stanza e del buffet, abbiamo scelto l'hotel di qualità amministrativo di Rabat due volte in Marocco. Questo posto dell'hotel è anche buono. Ci sono supermercati 100 m intorno all'hotel. Il ristorante e la stazione di benzina italiana sono a pochi passi da quando si guidano dai principali punti di attrazione 😀😀😀

UUtente ospiteЭто хорошие апартаменты. В номере есть холодильник, плита, кухонная посуда, стиральная машина. Можно готовить себе еду. Рядом магазин Bim. Большая жилая площадь, современный интерьер. Небольшая проблема была с горячей водой, она долго нагревается с помощью автономного нагревателя. Иногда мешал шум кондиционера и стиральной машины в соседних номерах. Номер, в котором я жил, расположен на 4 этаже, а на крыше тоже то ли прачечная, то ли стирка постельного белья. Звук слышен в номере - это минус. Отель расположен рядом с Ботаническим садом, в котором приятно отдыхать днём и вечером.

UUtente ospiteThe riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room.
The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty.
The personnel was really friendly and very helpful.
I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!
