Top quality facilities with a fantastic staff all around (Lovely front desk team, very professional, same for the Restaurant staff). 5mns walk from the tram, brand new building nicely and thoughtfully decorated. Comfy bed, clean rooms (Great job from the floor staff and wonderful smile and greetings everytime), very pleasant breakfast and fast wifi. Will return with no doubt. Thank you all.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort ist der Hassanturm und die Medina fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn fährt in direkter Umgebung. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und wurde gut gereinigt. Die Handtücher müssten jedoch mal getauscht werden, da sie sehr fleckig sind. Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, was für uns erstmal okay wäre, aber es ist ständig was nicht vorhanden. Das Brot ist in winzige Stücke geschnitten. Es fehlen Löffel, Zangen o.ä. um die Lebensmittel vom Buffett zu entnehmen. Die Teller und das Besteck sind noch nass, die Tische nur teilweise gedeckt, man muss nach Kaffee und Besteck fragen und erntet dafür nur verwunderte Blicke.

Hotel is clean, elegant and contemporary. Price to value are among the best in Agdal area compare to other 2 hotels nearby that I stayed. One thing I hope they have is egg segment in breakfast. Need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste too. Hairdryer in bathroom can be improve too.

Personale molto amichevole camere belle, letti sono bellissimi, camere molto pulite.

Удобный, приятный отель. Уютный чистые номера. В пешей доступности от вокзала Adgal, дойти пешком не более 10 минут. До ближайшей достопримечательности - Королевский дворец, пешком 35-40 минут. До остальных идти подольше, Медина в минутах 45-50.

Ho aspettato un'esperienza adeguata 5-star, ma purtroppo il mio soggiorno era deludente in diversi aspetti. Il mobilio e la condizione della camera erano invecchiati e mantenuti in modo indebolito. La colazione è stata un'altra grande delusione.La qualità e la varietà erano molto medie e certamente non al livello previsto da un hotel che si presentava come un lusso  Quello che mi sorprendeva più è che l'hotel sembrava più concentrato sulla presenza di gestione, le squadre di sicurezza e le formalità che sul miglioramento dell'esperienza e del comfort degli ospiti. In generale, non ho sentito che questo hotel fornisca lo standard o il valore di una vera proprietà 5-star, e personalmente non mi piacerebbe rimanere qui di nuovo
