Great location - just a street next to the American village, which has a variety of food options nearby and touristy stuff to do! Amazing breakfast - the hotel offered a few main course as breakfast options complemented with a salad bar. Taste of food was delicious! Stylist hotel design - the interior of the lobby is very artsy and spacious. The hotel room is nicely furbished with comfy colours and modern designs as well. Overall I had an amazing stay in there.

Room is new clean and spacious. Have laundry room where u can do your laundry. Service is superb. Walking distance to american village. Breakfast spread is good but does not change much between the days.

It is the first building in front of the Sunset Beach, you can enjoy the sunset set in your room, as the rooms are equipped with sitting chairs beside the sliding doors of the balcony. The staffs are very polite and helpful, their English is so good which helps a lot. Will definetly recommended to others. However, it would be perfect if a lamp was provided on top of the desk beside the TV, as that corner of the room is farely dark.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno incredibile all'hotel. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole, e il servizio era veramente cinque stelle. The hospitality extended by every member of the staff was not just excellent—it was extraordinary. Their warmth and attentiveness are what truly set Hoshinoya apart. Although my tight travel schedule only allowed for a one-night stay, and I sadly missed out on the many indigenous activities the front desk staff enthusiastically recommended, the experience was still deeply fulfilling. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking scenery. Watching the sunset from my room was pure serenity—I could have sat there for hours, soaking in the view without ever growing tired. But what truly touched me was the care shown to my family, especially our 3-month-old infant. Before our arrival, I had informed the hotel via email that we’d be traveling with our baby. To our amazement, they had not only prepared a cozy cot but also thoughtfully provided all the cleaning essentials for baby bottles. It was a level of consideration that far exceeded our expectations—something we’ve never encountered at any other hotel. One moment that remains vivid in my memory was when a staff member, herself a mother, kindly helped us carry our stroller and luggage up to our second-floor room. Later that evening, while dining at Bellezza—the hotel’s exquisite fine-dining restaurant—our baby fell asleep, and the staff graciously brought out a cradle so he could rest comfortably. I was genuinely moved. What other fine-dining restaurant would offer such heartfelt service? Bellezza, without a doubt, stands alone. 🌟 In the end, what made our stay so memorable wasn’t just the stunning views or luxurious amenities—it was the exceptional professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff. They made our brief visit feel like a homecoming, and for that, I am truly grateful!

Questo soggiorno è stato un'esperienza molto piacevole. Sebbene la posizione dell'hotel sia relativamente isolata, circondato da altri alberghi e privo dei tipici servizi (come minimarket o ristoranti), ciò ha creato un ambiente di vacanza tranquillo e rilassante. L'aspetto più lodevole è stata la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale. Dal check-in al check-out, ogni membro dello staff ha dimostrato eccezionale professionalità e ospitalità, facendomi sentire davvero benvenuto e apprezzato. I servizi dell'hotel sono piuttosto completi. La spiaggia privata e l'ampia piscina, in particolare, offrono eccellenti spazi ricreativi. Questo lo rende una struttura altamente raccomandata per le famiglie con bambini, dove i piccoli possono giocare sulla sabbia e in acqua a loro piacimento e gli adulti possono rilassarsi in tutta comodità. Tuttavia, c'era un piccolo inconveniente in camera: aprendo gli armadi, si avvertiva un leggero odore di muffa, come se la stanza fosse rimasta chiusa a lungo. Pur non avendo compromesso il soggiorno nel complesso, suggerisco all'hotel di migliorare la pulizia e la gestione della ventilazione in quest'area. In sintesi, se i vostri obiettivi per le vacanze sono strutture di alta qualità, un servizio cordiale e un ambiente in cui i bambini possano divertirsi un mondo, questa è sicuramente un'ottima scelta!

Il panorama è buono, la colazione è fantastica!C'è un negozio conveniente dall'altra parte della strada. Ci sono molte scelte per camminare verso il villaggio americano. L'aeroporto TK05 L'autobus è vicino alla stazione finale.

Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e ordinate. Il parco divertimenti accanto all'hotel è un po' trascurato e non offre molte attrazioni durante il giorno. A volte ci sono spettacoli di luci o ingressi gratuiti, ma bisogna essere puntuali per poterli ammirare. La posizione è ottima, proprio accanto alla spiaggia. L'unico inconveniente per gli amanti delle terme è che sono aperte solo per un periodo limitato.

Le camere sono grandi e spaziose, ma l'hotel sembra carente di personale, dato che la nostra camera era piuttosto sporca e sembrava non essere stata pulita a dovere. In primo luogo, il letto sembrava che qualcuno ci si fosse appena sdraiato sopra e i letti erano sbilenchi, in secondo luogo il frigorifero era davvero sporco, non si sono nemmeno preoccupati di pulirlo, e in terzo luogo, ci sono molte impronte sul pavimento, il che significa che non hanno abbastanza tempo per pulire lo sporco. Oh, e abbiamo avuto un altro problema con la camera: la TV si accendeva automaticamente da sola a orari strani 😬 Abbiamo avuto difficoltà a comunicare con il personale perché il loro inglese non è molto fluente. Ma nel complesso, è un ottimo hotel per famiglie, ho adorato i servizi, i bambini si sono divertiti un mondo in piscina e sono andati pazzi per gli scivoli e per i servizi in spiaggia. Un bonus extra per gli ”happy hour drink” (dalle 15:00 alle 18:00 e dalle 21:00 alle 23:00).

La stanza dell'hotel è molto pulita. Il ristorante sul pavimento serve un delizioso colazione. Un po' rumoroso, anche se in pochissimo pomeriggio a causa del traffico vicino. Circa 10 minuti di auto alla spiaggia più vicina.
