Her daughter very sureprised with their hospitality, every staff are welcome and give their big smile.
The pool and jacuzy was so good, the room quite comfort but she said the breakfast should be improve for the taste.

UUtente ospiteSo far ok. Stay there for 3 days was not happy with the aminities in room. I was complain about hair dryer. Once we used is broken then technician came then fixed. After that used still on off. Second day call receptionis sending same complain about hair dryer was broken but only fixed, he said fan in problem after used in 30 sec then nit working again. They we find that kettle opener is broken n still keep using, nit changing with new one after that dripping water from inside kettle.

Ddinny ibadillahSuper cool! Non mi aspettavo che l'hotel fosse così buono come questo perché ho controllato negli ultimi minuti, la stanza era super spaziosa e pulita. Piena struttura, atmosfera tranquilla. Una volta che la mattina è stata colpita dalla vista della montagna di arjuno e la piangere. La vista della piscina è sorprendente. Se vai a Batu, devi rimanere qui. All'interno del complesso del resort, ci sono anche negozi.

Per il cibo, non c'è un buffet ogni giorno, quindi dipende dalla persona che resta, se non ci sono molte persone, il cibo sarà consegnato alla stanza, non corrisponde il prezzo della stanza è circa 500rmb più / notte, e quando il buffet o l'affidato in informazione mattina o notturna, chiama la stanza, quindi si disturba davvero il resto, soprattutto la posizione del telefono è sulla tavola della TV, non vicino al letto, quindi, se c'è una chiamata telefonica, si deve stare davanti alla TV, Quindi, avanti e indietro, e non è molto efficace.

RRF-27This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference.
We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices.
Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment.
I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team.
Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Call for technicians twice but never show up.

AalvnbQuesto è un bel hotel per guarire. Molto tranquillo e bellissimo. Sono venuto qui per sperimentare il cibo e non è stato disgustoso. Il cibo ha iniziato alle 8:00, e mentre mi piaceva potevo vedere la luce notturna. Il cottage stesso era molto pulito, non ci sono bug e tutte le strutture.
