Hotel con colazione a Marsiglia

The location of the hotel is excellent, it is in the Bourse building of the Old Port area and within walking distance to the port area and museums. Service is good, and the front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Ibis always my first choice. Price always good, location always perfect to major areas in location. Service is always consistently helpful and professional. Great room with fantastic reception amenities.

Hotel sopra le aspettative, qualità prezzo assolutamente sproporzionata. Servizio quasi 4 stelle con tariffa molto bassa. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. L’ascensore un po’ matto finché ero lì, secondo me lo specchio riflette sulle fotocellule e continua a riaprire le porte. Ma anche se questo prontissimi nel risolvere la questione. Grazie spero di tornare presto

Cleaning ladies were demonstrating 53 days in front of the hotel when I arrived. The rotating door was covered with mud and confetti, while the black women danced to loud African beats. A complete shock! They continued during my stay… The front desk was super helpful after I contacted their manager. My flight was delayed and I arrived a day late so they managed to modify my reservation without extra payment. My card didn’t work so I gave a cash deposit and they sent me an email when my suitcase that had been delayed arrived (so as not to wake me up). The housekeeping was average- twice they didn’t restock the water. Once they forgot a cleaning chemical. Another time they didn’t restock the decaffeinated capsules. Also they could have been more generous with the toilet paper. It’s the very thin recycled one, that goes fast. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant spacious, with a garden overlooking the marina. The room was large, modern and quiet, with an amazing view of the harbor, including both sunsets and sunrises! I even saw the incredible half an hour long fireworks for Bastille day right under my window! The bed is big and comfortable, pillows a bit too soft, lighting is good but there are no toiletries (which was initially problematic due to the lost luggage). Room service wasn’t available the only night that I wanted to order it - due to Bastille day celebrations. The QR code don’t work on my phone so I had to call the reception to order. Also there was no alcoholic drinks listed, plus I had no fridge in the room, so I couldn’t fully relax and enjoy my holiday. The hotel doesn’t have a spa, which is a shame. So I made a reservation online and got a massage in the Hammam spa a few minutes from the hotel)very expensive and not great). The closest one to the hotel was closed. The pool is gorgeous but in another building which requires another elevator to be taken at the ground floor. A bit of a hassle…The gym is basic but good. Gets pretty busy and dirty at the end of the day. There are many nice restaurants nearby and even a small Proxi shop. There is a bus stop 1min away, that goes to the Terrace du Port. And the taxi conveniently dropped me off right in front of the hotel. The Mucem and Cosquer caves visible from the hotel, are a bit pleasant 25min walk away and the well worth the visit. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay, and would come again if the above issues were resolved.

Hotel molto ben situato, a 4 minuti a piedi dalle terrazze del maiale e della cattedrale, per mangiare ci sono cose da fare intorno a piedi per tutti i gusti. Hotel in relazione al parcheggio della Joliette tariffa 30e per 24h. Lavoratori molto accoglienti e ancora al servizio grazie ancora! Camera abbastanza piccola ma ci sono tutti gli apparecchi necessari per pratiche. Colazione molto buono , buoni prodotti e vari. Per la piscina non so , ma utilizzato !

Hotel accogliente, servizio e accoglienza eccellenti. Camera assegnata: molto deluso a causa del rumore infernale. Arredamento sproporzionato in questa piccola stanza altrimenti affascinante. Aree comuni ben tenute, dipinti decorativi di buon gusto. Pulizia impeccabile.

This hotel has an absolutely amazing breakfast, it was included with the price we paid for our three nights of stay but one can pay ten euros per person per day for it. TOTALLY worth it, there were two hot food, we thought it was Continental Breakfast but there was so much food, we didn't even need to have lunch. There is this machine where you squeeze your own orange juice and it was FUN as you actually DIY!!! So many bread and croissants, pain au chocolat ... there was also organic milk, all local organic jams/spreads and a very nice espresso or coffee machine you can get hot chocolate and Cafe au Lait! You can make your own hard/medium/soft boiled egg! The service was great, the man at the front desk was very helpful and introduced me to places in the Marseille region that I can visit nearby. Room was small but I didn't come to Marseille to stay in a hotel room, water in the shower was hot and wifi works well! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Marseille!!!

Questo posto è molto spartano e, data la mia esperienza, mi sembra di aver pagato troppo. Innanzitutto, è abbastanza vicino a una discoteca da poter sentire la musica e i clienti. Nel mio caso, fino alle 5:15 del mattino, quando mi sono alzato per prendere il treno la mattina presto. La doccia è portatile e non fissata al muro, quindi è un po' come fare il bagno con un tubo. L'ascensore non funziona e le scale non sono costruite in modo uniforme, quindi salire e scendere rischia di cadere o di storcersi una caviglia. Il punto di forza di questo posto è la vicinanza al porto turistico e la possibilità di raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria a piedi.

J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans cette hôtel, l'accueil est sympa, l'emplacement est très bien à l'entrée de Marseille et juste à côté du port de l'estaque.

La mia fidanzata e io avevamo spontaneamente bisogno di un posto dove dormire durante i nostri viaggi. La migliore descrizione sarebbe un posto in stile ostello con stanze private. Purtroppo non è ben isolato e le docce/bagni sono condivisi. I permessi dell'hotel sono recintati e protetti con un codice di accesso, il parcheggio è disponibile senza costi aggiuntivi.
