Hotel con colazione a Santo Domingo

Casas del XVI è un luogo davvero speciale, ma di lusso. La proprietà è impecabilmente pulita, il personale è caldo e accogliente, e ogni dettaglio si sente pensato e unico. Ogni giardino ha il proprio fascino, rendendo l'esperienza personale e intima. Il pranzo è stato eccellente, bellamente preparato e memorabile. È il tipo di posto che ti fa desiderare di rimanere più e mai lasciare.

Non puoi andare male con questo. Molto bel personale, buona posizione, buona doccia a letto e moderno. Plus è il lavaggio e la secchezza. Molto buone e nuove strutture e è gratuito. Il def andrà con questo ancora una volta.

Prima di andare all'hotel, ho sentito il servizio gentile dell'hotel. Perche'ha una buona sensazione quando si arriva al hotel prima di entrare. Dopo aver soggiornato due notti, non ho sentito di scegliere di vivere in questo hotel.

I’m all for a colonial experience but not when it’s overpriced. El Beaterio is charming and feels authentic. Old wooden beams, clay tiled floors, wooden armoires, four poster beds which were surprisingly excellent. Even the bathroom was clean, had great water pressure & temperature. WiFi worked well enough. I suppose my issue with El Beaterio is how cold and unfriendly the service was all around. Reception was frosty and all business. They were quick to ask for a 50$ deposit even before they asked for my passport. And the front desk guy was also too quick to push for a tour HE was guiding the next day even if his English wasn’t particularly a strong point. Breakfast, while good and hearty, was again served with nonchalant silence. I suppose management doesn’t care much for attempts at warmth or sincerity —but what stings is the price. One would expect just a bit more from a property that charges 100$usd per night especially around Zona Colonial where there are plenty of choices. So go ahead and book if you’re in for the “colonial” experience. Just don’t expect old world charm or regular world friendliness or professionalism.

I had stayed here before the pandemic about 3 times. The property is very clean, it is located in the older ”colonial” part of the city. Traffic in this area is a nightmare due to the narrow streets. SAFE area, police presence all over. The GOOD: Clean, Safe, Staff Friendly, plenty of places nearby to eat. Breakfast supplied is ample and of decent quality, food for linch or dinner in the hotel restaurant is good though limited menu, space for seating is very limited inside the restaurant, water pressure in the shower is excellent the room safe is large. The BAD: Room Small like an IBIS, Bathroom smaller than an IBIS, A/C in my room was ”marginal” at best and previous stays here noticed this, Elevator very slow, the worst part this is not a business hotel. While the Internet provided is decent, there is NO work space available at all in the rooms. NO electrical outlets available all are hidden behind furniture or the bed and no desk type area. Had to charge my phone in the bathroom outlet and use computer on battery. Also had a room phone and minor toilet issue which I reported twice and nothing was done. DO NOT have the hotel arrange for the hotel taxi to drive you to the airport cost is $50.oo ! Make your own arrangements or get an UBER. CONCLUSION: While on vacation for a couple of days this is a Nice place to stay and see the colonial sights and enjoy the atmosphere. However, ”on business” this is not the place to stay. I will be returning on business for a longer stay in late January or early February, unfortunately I will have to stay elsewhere.

Muy buena ubicación. Lamentablemente, la habitación que me ofrecieron no coincidía con la de las fotografías mostrada en el portal web. La ventana era muy pequeña. Me prometieron un cambio de habitación al día siguiente pero al final dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad para los días en que me quedaba en el hotel. Por otro lado, el mal diseño de la ducha ocasiona que el agua salga y se inunde todo el baño.

Nice staff, very well located in the Zona Colonial and at walking distance from the bus stop to/from Punta Cana. The couch upstairs was nice to chill out and so was the seating area in the patio. Pancakes and the juice for breakfast were nice too. Only thing to improve would be the cleanlineness. The bathrooms were a bit dirty in the mornings and there was some old dirt next to the bed.

Non ho lamentele.Il mio soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Vorrei, però ringraziare in particolare Wesley al dipartimento frontale, che era molto cortese e accogliente, soprattutto perché parla bene inglese, che siamo stati in grado di comunicare con facilità e anche con il personale di pulizia che ha sempre un caldo e piacevole Guarda i loro volti, uno in particolare Molin.

Meno 1. Torre 316. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Schermo del telecomando rotto e pannello di controllo non visibile. Non è stato possibile cambiare camera perché l'hotel era pieno. Ho dovuto dormire in una stanza con solo ventilatore. 2. Inizialmente il ventilatore non sembrava funzionare, ma il personale è riuscito a ripararlo. Il ventilatore funzionante faceva rumori forti. 3. Nessuno specchio in camera. 4. Una finestra si affaccia sul corridoio interno della casa, la seconda finestra è nel bagno e dà sull'esterno. Più 1. Entrambi i membri del personale alla reception sono molto cordiali, soprattutto il ragazzo del turno di notte che ha aiutato a risolvere il problema dell'aria condizionata e del ventilatore. Entrambi parlano bene l'inglese. 2. La TV ha alcuni canali in inglese. 3. C'è l'ascensore e la camera ha i servizi di base. 4. La posizione è ottima e c'è un buon ristorante locale nelle vicinanze.

L'esperienza è stata molto buona. Il personale molto professionale gentile e attento. Devo sottolineare diverse persone del team di servizio dell'hotel. Da Yoel, che si è occupato dei miei bagagli. A Yolanda è una cameriera molto professionale. La responsabile della pulizia della mia stanza, Virginia, incredibile dettagli di avere la mia stanza a mio piacere dal primo giorno. E la persona che mi fa speciale per colazione e pranzo è il nome DIVINA, il suo nome definisce la sua professionalità attenzione e modi, un hotel è distinto dagli altri grazie ai suoi dipendenti e devo dire, Questo hotel è uno dei migliori che abbia mai visitato.
