Hotel con colazione a Rizhao

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per due notti con le mie tre amiche per celebrare il Natale, ed è stata una fantastica esperienza! L'hotel è elegante, accogliente, nuovo e eccezionalmente pulito. Mi sentivo così confortevole che non volevamo andarcene. Il servizio è stato assolutamente fantastico!L'ospitalità del personale è veramente sorpresa di noi, sono come maghi, trasformando ogni desiderio in realtà quasi immediatamente. Ci hanno anche lasciato decorare la sala per Natale e hanno aiutato con il fuoco fino a tardi alla notte, rendendo la nostra celebrazione speciale. Se stai cercando un soggiorno perfetto con servizio top-notch, questo è il posto da essere! 😍😍😍

Ogni volta che viaggi a Rizhao, scelgo sempre l'hotel YaTing. Ha camere molto confortevoli, un personale molto gentile e un super buon colazione. Inoltre, è molto vicino ai ristoranti, negozi, ecc. Altamente raccomandato.

大堂裏竟然有賣冰激凌，價廉物美，每天一個球不亦樂乎。前台Henry迅速地安排了安靜的房間，服務熱情周到，耐心幫忙解決問題。5部客房電梯減少等候時間，房間設計時尚，床品舒適，空間也大，圓桌沙發使用方便。衞生間設計緊湊，乾濕分離，頂部花灑和大浴缸是點睛之筆。早餐豐富美味，煮小餛飩的阿姨、整理房間的小姐姐、行李部小哥哥們都很熱情暖心服務。泳池和健身房是小朋友最愛的地方，還要特別感謝退房時遇到的前台秦女士，小朋友説下次來日照一定繼續選擇這裏。

酒店確實不錯，算日照老牌豪華酒店了，雖然時間久了點兒，但是設施維護的非常好，一點沒有老舊的感覺。地下一層有泳池和健身房，泳池有點小，要不是旅遊季孩子多倒是應該夠用。一層自助餐住店客人138一位，價格很美麗，質量也算合理。9層有空中花園但是平時不開放，要是早上能對住店客人開的看日出就更好了

The location was great. The check-in didn't go well. We arrived earlier than check-in time. Instead of making us wait until our room is ready, they gave us another room which has not been cleaned at all! They didn't believe us when we went back down, they told us like 3 minutes later, that the room is clean now -no way. Instead of sending us up and down to a totally messy room, they just should have made us wait in the lobby until it was ready. Whenever we had a question and went down to the reception (because I feel more confident talking Chinese in person than on the phone) nobody at the reception took notice of me. I waited a bit and had to make them acknowledge me. To me, the service was not sufficient. The night-shift reception lady was friendly tho, she helped me to order porridge bc my friend didn't feel well.

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno in questo istituto, i membri del personale sono stati eccezionalmente amici e mi hanno fatto sentire benvenuto durante tutta la mia visita. Uno dei punti di vista era la vicinanza alla spiaggia, che era a passo, e questo rendeva facile godere del sole e surf ogni volta che volevo. La varietà di opzioni alimentari disponibili era eccellente, cucinando con diversi gusti e preferenze, che hanno notevolmente migliorato la mia esperienza di mangiare. Ma io trovo la stanza molto piccola, e mancava spazio sufficiente per le mie case, rendendo un po’ difficile organizzare le mie cose in modo comodo durante il mio soggiorno.

I like the location, it’s just near the coast and the beach facilities are all at a short distance. We lived in the capsule, and it’s nice, but very small. The stuff is very friendly, and they are always ready to help, and the manager who is a gracious lady can speak English. The breakfast is n Chinese style, but you can always obtain some calories. I really liked the atmosphere of this place as it combines peaceful sea coastline vibes and city infrastructure.

Great staying experiences at Novotel. The breakfast is average from 7am to 9am. Excellent hotel services. Many shops & restaurants surrounding the hotel.
