MMANGO3132風景沒話説，很美。直接上圖，水清澈的傍晚在房間裏看出去可以看到魚在遊，鴨子和鵝都在湖裡，湖水的顏色非常美
交通也很方便，在城市裡，背靠大山，所以叫外賣或者出去吃都很方便。
主題酒店大堂有一架鋼琴可以隨便彈奏，有接駁車可以開到山頂，風景也很美麗，送的索道我們小朋友太小就沒去坐。送的驚鴻旅拍，小哥哥拍了大概二十幾張照片，拍完了第二天選片，有3張免費的精修，期待一下。
美中不足的是沒有圍欄沒有嬰兒床，對於十月齡寶寶不太友好，會擔心晚上睡覺摔下去，本來工作人員想幫忙把沙發移到床尾，但是沙發太長了，挪不過去。由於是新開業的酒店，希望後續儘快配齊吧，可以讓小月齡寶寶放心休息。對於大寶寶來説就不用擔心啦

UUtente ospite必須五星好評👏週末兩天帶家人和小狗來玩水，住的這家民宿,不收狗狗清潔費，房間非常敞亮乾淨。老闆一家人都好熱情，我們從上海出發時就電話我們，説快到時提前告訴他一下，天太熱，他會提前把空調給我們開開，太暖心了吧。快到時，遠遠就看到老闆在門口等着引導我們停車，幫我們拿行李，去漂流的話還會開介紹信減些門票費用。我特別喜歡院子的設計風格，一大早帶狗狗到草坪上玩，小狗直接撒歡兒開跑，小狗也給老闆打好評哈哈

UUtente ospiteTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

UUtente ospiteI'm usually a budget traveler but I treated myself to a stay at naked stables this Christmas. It was wonderful. The service was great (my host Simmons was lovely), the location is beautiful, all the food was delicious. They delivered a surprise dessert to my room on Christmas eve, and lots of gifts of fruit and vegetables from the farm. There was a problem with my bath on the first day so they moved me to a better room. I did lots of activities (archery, pottery, bamboo weaving etc). I loved everything and I wish I could stay there all the time!

YYi CuiLa mia famiglia di 3, 2 adulti e un 2 anni, ha soggiornato una notte nella sala ”Forest Concert”, una stanza di tema per bambini. La stanza originale è incinta, ma io, due anni, l'ho ancora amata. Queste stanze sono difficili da raggiungere, quindi se si massimizza la felicità del bambino piuttosto che la propria esperienza in camera come adulto, vale la pena. Tuttavia, la stanza è un po 'vecchia, si può dire da strisce e segni di indossare e larghi in angoli, poste da letto, pareti, ecc. Non mi sentivo come una stanza eccezionalmente pulita, ma non completamente impurita.La diffusione del colazione è piuttosto semplice, non male, ma mi aspettavo di meglio per questa tariffa.Sento che la maggior parte di Marriott o Hyatt Regency in Cina potrebbe offrire un colazione migliore di qui. JJuliaFSi tratta di un bel hotel con belle strutture, anche se ci sono cose da migliorare , data l'alto prezzo. Molti commenti menzionano che qualcuno li ha aggiunti a WeChat durante la prenotazione, comunicando i dettagli della prenotazione e ricordando di fare prenotazioni per cena. Purtroppo, nessuno mi ha aggiunto e mi sento come se ci fossero mancate molte cose a causa di questo. Ad esempio, non sapevamo che ogni attività sul posto fosse organizzata per un'ora determinata , poiché siamo arrivati alle 3:00, e già ne abbiamo perso la maggior parte in quel giorno. Inoltre, a causa della vacanza, il famoso ristorante del castello cinese è stato completamente prenotato per cena e il pranzo del giorno dopo non poteva apprezzarlo. Abbiamo dovuto risolvere un servizio in camera che aveva molto poche opzioni da non menzionare, era ridicolo eccessivo. 300 yuan per tre piatti di base come riso fritto, succhi di maiale fritto e succhi di maiale ribbone, anche piccole porzioni. C'era un buffet in un altro ristorante vicino alla piscina, ma 460 ¥ per persona sembrava troppo costoso, quindi siamo passati. Alcune altre piccole cose come il cappuccio rotto in una stanza di cambiamento o molte foglie e spazzatura dagli alberi della piscina che nessuno si preoccupava di pulire - si sentiva ancora una volta annoiato, considerando il prezzo per notte.
Il servizio è molto buono, il colazione più decente, la piscina all'aperto riscaldata è molto divertente anche con le foglie secche che fluiscono su di essa. La camera che ho prenotato non era speciale, ma aveva tutto quello che avevamo bisogno. È conveniente spostarsi intorno al territorio su un “bug” , sono molto efficienti. Solo se avete una scelta, forse non venire qui in vacanza nazionale, così l'esperienza generale sarebbe meglio.

JJialebihaidaijianyeRiassunto in una frase: la migliore esperienza in un hotel in baita finora! L'hotel si trova in una valle di 2.800 acri, una foresta di bambù molto appartata e adatta a persone provenienti da Jiangsu, Zhejiang e Shanghai che vogliono trascorrere un fine settimana. La baita è realizzata con materiali pregiati, con ampi spazi e suddivisioni scientifiche, quindi non è un problema per una famiglia numerosa soggiornare. Ci sono molte attività di intrattenimento come equitazione, gite in barca, teneri animali domestici, artigianato, lettura e calcio, così non dovrete uscire. Anche il servizio è molto buono. Prima del check-in, la governante Xiaoyue ha preso l'iniziativa di aggiungere WeChat, chiedendo informazioni sulle attività e chiamando un'auto in qualsiasi momento, facendo sentire gli ospiti a casa! Infine, ritengo che questo hotel sia davvero un tesoro. Inviterò tre o cinque amici a tornare la prossima primavera!

This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations.
Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers.
Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast.
Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/
I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub.
Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos.
The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to.
The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with.
I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.
