This hotel is just awesome, I have so much love for this hotel 1) the view is stunning from the room, check in lobby and restaurant. The interior design allow us to have full view of the blue coastal line 2) the Service is Top Notch, all of the staff are so heartwarming, attentive to our needs with great smile and super super helpful 3) during non peak season they offered to upgrade our room to 5th floor and they prepared special decoration for my parents anniversary 4) they provide free breakfast, tea time, cocktails and even photography session is just so thoughtful 5) the restaurant in level 11 the food is just amazing and up to high standard especially their seafood squid ink speghetti chef kiss 6) the cleanliness and the spacious of the room is just wonderful, many plug points and they even provide charging cables and bathtub cover, bath salt and steam eye patch to use during sleep.

I stayed at Regal Palace Resort with my girlfriend and her family, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience especially as a place to spend proper downtime together rather than just a quick hotel stay. The hotel itself is impressive in scale. It has that classic luxury resort feel big open spaces, landscaped grounds, and a slightly grand, almost old-school style. It’s not ultra modern, but it feels established and well put together, which actually suited the atmosphere of a family trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and importantly, clean. Nothing overly flashy, but everything worked as it should. When you’re staying with family, that matters more than design trends everyone was comfortable, and there was plenty of space to relax without feeling cramped. What stood out most for me was the environment. It’s quite peaceful, especially compared to busier city hotels. Walking around the grounds, sitting outside, or just spending time by the pool felt like a proper break. It’s the kind of place where you can actually switch off a bit. Since I was there with my girlfriend’s family, the overall vibe of the hotel worked really well. It’s definitely more suited to groups, families, or longer stays rather than a quick one night business stop. There’s enough space and facilities that everyone can do their own thing without it feeling crowded. Food was decent good variety, and easy to find something for everyone, which again is important when you’re with a group. Service was solid too staff were polite and helpful, even with the language barrier at times. If I had to be critical, parts of the hotel could probably do with a bit of updating. You can tell it’s been around for a while, and in some areas it shows slightly. But it didn’t take away from the experience.

This hotel has a wonderful view of the sea and the rocky reef bar. Can take many beautiful photos here with the helix like bridge hanging over the reef, and the spiral shape chapel. Buffet breakfast has many choices of food. Lobby staff Ada is so pleasant and helpful. The rooms we booked were for level 4 to 5, but she upgraded us to level 29 rooms after hearing that we had brought our 88 yo mum for holiday. She added us on WeChat and sent us information on the hotel activities. When I told her we want to buy the hotel rubber slippers, she arranged for them to be sent to the room. The only bad points are: 1) irresponsible pet owners who didn't leash their pets (my girl was scared by a dog that chased her in rounds), 2) the beach sand is quite rough and full of pebbles.

Quindi, è un bel hotel e il servizio è buono e tutto, ma il fatto che il loro ristorante è condiviso con due hotel adiacenti è un po' strano vedere come si deve camminare un'avvicinata distanza fuori per arrivare lì. Una volta, la musica infantile gioca rimi di cure mentre guardate in grandi gocce di uova sospese che cadono dal tetto, e il buffet di bassa qualità improvvisamente ti spaventa di credere che sei in un film di orrore di grado B degli anni '80 dove alcuni dei popolari posseduti sono Venendo a ucciderti. Quindi ... Sì all'hotel e alle camere, ma NON il suo ristorante abominabile.

Ringrazio l'intera squadra di Richu Coast Resorts, e soprattutto Xiao Su dal concierge. Il mio soggiorno dal maggio 1–4 è stato meraviglioso. Quello che apprezzo davvero: · Attenzione – Ogni volta che ho chiesto l'acqua, è stato portato rapidamente. Xiao Su ha anche aiutato con le questioni di fornitura di cibo e ha sempre rimasto in contatto per risolvere qualsiasi problema. · Convenienza – Mi è stato permesso un check-out tardivo fino alle 2:00. Il personale ha dato buone consigli sul trasporto e le attività. · Eventi – Il festival “Richu Langren” è stato fantastico: mi sono particolarmente divertito con la notte di scorrere (“Haizai Yepiao”), musica dal vivo sulla spiaggia, il fuoco e i fuochi d'artificio. · Cibo – sia la consegna che il buffet sulla spiaggia sono stati deliziosi e riempiti. Il mare è selvaggio e la nuoto non è consentito, ma che’s non l’hotel’s fault – it’s just the nature of this coast. The views are amazing. Torno a Guangzhou con memorie calde.

Friendly & helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet with a variety of options both western & Chinese. All the food was delicious! Rooms were spacious & tastefully decorated. Soft bath towels & robes. Ocean view rooms & great amenities. There are 3 pools and a private beach area, the hotel provides a shuttle down to the beach. Excellent service.

帶了兩個小朋友旅行，訂了雙床房，含雙早。 我家姐姐125的身高，酒店餐廳硬要補小朋友半價39.9。惠州這個地方真的很奇怪，酒店體驗感特別不好，每個餐廳都有服務員守着你，超過1.2的小朋友必收半價，不然就不讓進，不能動筷子，我家姐姐身高是125，全國去過那麼多城市，住過那麼多酒店，平價的好的，星級的民宿的，唯獨惠州硬要守着你較真。 早上我在房間化粧，怕錯過早飯時間讓爸爸帶兩個小朋友先去吃，化完下來去餐廳，孩子坐在門口快吃完了，我進去餐廳門口就有工作人員説你房間用餐權益用光了，要麼你就要補39.9，我大為不解但表示接受，我説那我不吃可以嗎，工作人員説那可以。我坐下玩手機，女兒説媽媽我也吃不完，你可以幫我吃，我就動了筷子，工作人員立馬過來説，那樣不行，除非補個半票39.9。我説，非要這麼較真嗎，孩子吃不完，我也一直在提醒不要浪費不要多拿，你們酒店怎麼就這麼奇怪，其他城市入住酒店，服務員看見帶小孩生怕孩子吃不飽，收餐還會提醒去拿餐，但是這個酒店這種情況我真的是第一次遇到，而且這個早餐就真的很普通，如圖所示，牛奶她自己也承認是用奶粉沖的，跟水一樣，整個行程就因為這頓早飯，一直提醒我不能動筷子，孩子也不能繼續取餐，真的挺影響體驗。惠州不會再來。

***I was visiting during Chinese New Year so this might not be the normal state of the hotel*** The view from the room cannot be beaten and it is the perfect space for a relaxing getaway. But there are some improvements needed: 1. The cleanliness needs to be improved. Windows had fingerprints on them and the floor had some hairs and sand on it. Outside the room, the public areas of the complex were quite dirty, cigarette butts and firework boxes everywhere. This might be due to the Chinese New Year holiday. 2. Only disposable towels are provided which is probably because people take them to the beach but perhaps a small fee could be taken for a real towel, or a cleaning fee should be provided for those guests who make it dirty. 3. The choice of breakfast is very limited. Only noodles and congee were offered, not even rice. The price of the breakfast was not good value. Once again, his might be due to the Chinese New Year holiday but a few more choices should be given to charge that price.
