My wife and I had an absolutely perfect, unforgettable stay at NOA RESORT & WELLNESS Aranya — a true hidden gem on China’s Gold Coast . We booked the Hall room (40m²) on the fourth floor (the hotel’s top level), and it could not have been more ideal: bright, quiet, with sleek modern minimalist design, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful touches like full smart controls, blackout sleep mode, and premium bedding that ensured deep, restful sleep. From arrival, the warmth and professionalism were outstanding: we were greeted with refreshing welcome drinks, and the 24/7 complimentary shuttle service made exploring Aranya effortless — prompt, courteous drivers took us anywhere in the resort (Chapel, Lonely Library, beaches, cafes) in minutes. The staff were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly, anticipating every need and responding instantly to requests. The resort itself is a masterpiece of restrained luxury and healing design . Standout highlights include: - DECK (Lobby Lounge): A chic, all-day social hub — by day a specialty coffee shop; by night a craft beer bar with 12 rotating taps, plus light meals and occasional mini talks or live performances. - Outdoor Pool & Poolside Bar: A serene, sunlit pool with comfortable cabanas and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. - Spa & Wellness: A tranquil spa offering professional massages, singing bowl therapy, and meditation sessions — ideal for unwinding and reconnecting. - Fitness Center: A bright, well-equipped gym with modern equipment for keeping up your routine. - Dining: PopChuan Restaurant serves elevated, light Sichuan cuisine by a master chef, plus fresh, balanced breakfasts with local ingredients. L'hotel non ha un ristorante o una caffetteria. Al contrario, offre un buono per un ristorante vicino, dove si offre un hamburger e un caffè. Non credo che questo sia considerato un buon colazione secondo le norme occidentali, e certamente non soddisfa le aspettative cinesi per il colazione. Inoltre, dovete camminare circa 20 minuti al ristorante. Il ricevitore ci ha detto che ci vorrebbe solo 10 minuti, ma non è vero. Questo arrangimento è anche lontano dall'ideale per alcuni ospiti. Credo che l'hotel debba essere molto più chiaro su esattamente ciò che offre.

La struttura è molto confortevole, è molto conveniente per camminare intorno alla comunità Aranya. È stato un servizio meraviglioso, il personale è stato molto amichevole e utile. Le camere sono state pulite e con sufficiente attrezzatura.

住過蘇卡唐舍安瀾等等熱門酒店，這次入住yin，感覺位置比蘇卡還好。蘇卡因為太大，酒店內部還得穿梭半天才能到沙灘。yin出房間門下電梯就是沙灘，衹需三分鐘看海。pop mart和阿嬤手作，begl就在隔壁，吃喝玩都很方便。訂的側海景房風景也不錯，看到部分海景，看似在很中心吵鬧的位置，但是隔音做的不錯，基本聽不到樓下的聲音。出行約車也很方便，管家服務很周到。房間內每天補充飲料喝礦泉水還有水果，質量都很不錯。衞生備品也都不錯。打掃衞生的阿姨也很有眼力見兒。唯一稍微不方便的是雙人床靠牆，床墊有點軟，爬進爬出稍微有一點點麻煩，需要適應一下。下次有機會想住一下正海景房。值得推薦。

Tuttavia, sarebbe ancora meglio se il pavimento fosse privo di macchie d'acqua dopo essere stato lavato, se la stanza avesse un profumo più fresco (c'era un odore di pesce dopo aver lavato il pavimento) e se i prodotti da bagno fossero di qualità superiore. La colazione viene servita presso il ristorante adiacente Luyu, ma la gestione è stata un po' deludente. Arrivati ​​alle 9:30, non c'era nessuno ad accompagnarci al tavolo; abbiamo dovuto trovare i nostri posti da soli e nessuno ha sparecchiato prontamente. Sebbene il cibo in sé fosse all'altezza, il congelatore che conservava pane e pasticcini presentava evidenti problemi igienici, sia all'interno che all'esterno. What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

我們住的是家庭房，兩張床，一大一小，一家三口很合適。房間隔音差，電視的聲音都能聽到，如果是聊天那就更清晰了。智能化方面還有待改進，過年期間的服務人員少，服務水平還有待提高。今天打掃房間（今天是入住的第四天）一是沒增加紙，二是能用於洗澡的拖鞋也沒清理。特色暖胃粥也沒有（年二九那天也沒有），早餐8點以後就沒啥吃的了。明天早上8點再看看能否有喜歡吃的。

The Hotel is pretty nice, rooms are new and clean and the hotsprings and playgrounds are perfect. Only thing is that there not many restaurants around and no supermarket.
