Hotel con colazione a Richmond

The room is clean and well-maintained. Very good buffet breakfast included. The staff is nice and friendly. The location is great near the airport, the shuttle bus service is awesome, there are Costco just across the street and it locates just walking-distance to Sky Train station.

Service: Very professional, efficient and friendly. Check in process was quick. The guy who checked me in ensured I stayed on the same floor as my other family members who booked a different room. Valet service is a nice perk. However, it can take longer waiting for the car vs us going to the car park lot ourselves. Amenities: They have Dyson hairdryer which is a huge plus. Extra amenities are available upon request. Room: Room is as pictured. My room was on the 8th floor and I could see the Richmond night market from my room. Bed is a bit too soft to my liking. Pillows are a bit high and hard. Cleanliness: This is the only category where I wish I could rate zero. Most notably thing I noticed is there's dust on the hairdryer, I was fine with this. Until I got into bed, inspected all 4 of the pillows. Noticed on 2 of them, were a strand of hair (or eyelash?) And some dusts. This pretty much ruined my stay. I pushed these 2 pillows aside to the other side of the bed, after trying my best to attempt to ”clean” them in case I accidentally touched them... It was already past midnight when I got into the room to rest and in to the bed and found out about this. Didn't bother to call the front desk about it. Overall this hotel is great overall. Location is not far from the aberdeen mall as well with car. Service is outstanding. Wish they'd retrain their cleaning staffs though.

L'edificio stesso è vecchio, ma la stanza è tesa, ma non ha assolutamente alcuna fornitura di toaletta, quindi ricordate BYO (anche i pantaloncini). Io portavo tre bagagli grandi e un bambino, ma nessuno mi ha aiutato con i bagagli quando mi sono accostato, in realtà c'è solo un personale presso il lobby/concierge che probabilmente lo spiega. Nessuno ha sorriso sul loro viso, dal desk front to breakfast room, l'unico che ha un atteggiamento più amichevole è il cuoco nel breakfast room, ma per essere giusti, nessuno era rude, solo che non si può dire che ti accoglieno all'hotel. Quindi, no, non consiglierei questo posto e non mi fermerò di nuovo. Probabilmente si può ottenere migliori servizi/facilitazioni con Airbnb.

This hotel. has a scam. They will add (up to $100 in my case) if you arrive tired before 10am, and refuse to check you in until 3pm. So they simply pocket the $100. I noticed that do not play this trick on regular guests who come just after we did. So they simply pocket the additional charges. Essentially, they want to charge a full day's rate for a half day rental. How can Bookings .com continue to advertise the false rates

Vicino all'aeroporto. Nessun rumore molto pulito. Le camere sono grandi. Molto comode. La navetta gratuita funziona molto bene. L'albergo è stato chiamato quando siamo arrivati. La navetta ci aspettava. La colazione è molto buona. Varietà e sapore di cibo molto buono. In generale siamo stati molto felici.

We were celebrating a couple of birthdays among friends and were so happy that the hotel had shuttle service from the airport. My friends’ flights were cancelled a couple of times the night before so we were not able to meet in Seattle as planned, so we met at the hotel. Fiona, on staff at Sheraton, kindly received us and assisted us with getting lounge access and breakfast for all so we can relax after being up all night due to flight cancellations. Unfortunately, the following night the hotel suffered a power outage from evening through the next morning causing temperature in the room to vary and hot showers not possible. It could have been seen as a really bad start to the trip but fortunately Fiona came through getting a portion of the night refunded, some hotel points, Starbucks drinks and pastries and late checkout. Fiona was very understanding and accommodating allowing us to continue our trip enjoying it together.

La stanza era pulita e confortevole, il personale era amichevole e utile, e il processo di check-in era veloce e facile. Il colazione complimentare era un buon bonus con una buona varietà di opzioni. In generale, un ottimo valore per il prezzo.

L'hotel gode di un'ottima posizione, a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione dello SkyTrain, con comodi ristoranti e supermercati nelle vicinanze. È vicino all'aeroporto, servito da un servizio navetta. La pulizia è accettabile, il personale della reception è cordiale e la colazione è discreta. È una buona scelta per chi viaggia per lavoro. Tuttavia, le strutture sono un po' datate e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è nella media.

Hotel is convenient located near eatery and airport. Sharon the front desk was extremely helpful to locate my reservation . Trip.com gotten my reservation thr agoda and Sharon spent fair bit of time to trace my agoda booking number. As trip.com booking number is not found in trip.com. Sharon worked extra hour to trace my booking to avoid me to make any payment as couldnt locate trip.com booking. Overall, my stay was plesant and shittle service is good and prompt.

Location is convenient for us, our 3rd stay here which we like this hotel. Good Chinese restaurant ”HAPPY HONG KONG CAFE” next door.
