HHimanshuDurante il nostro recente soggiorno all'Hotel di lusso Tasman, siamo stati fortunati a disporre del servizio eccezionale fornito da Taylor e Ebony, che si sono davvero allontanati e si sono accorti che la nostra esperienza non era meno straordinaria. Dal momento in cui siamo arrivati, il loro caldo e accogliente desiderio ci ha fatto sentire a casa, e hanno prestato attenzione alle nostre esigenze, offrendo raccomandazioni personalizzate e assistenza che hanno notevolmente migliorato il nostro soggiorno.
Uno dei punti di vista della mattina era il colazione a Peppina, il ristorante sul posto dell'hotel, con una varietà di opzioni, dalle pasticce fresche alle cure, fatte a ordinare. Ogni pasto era preparato con cura e presentato in modo bellissimo, rendendolo un piacere iniziare il nostro giorno. L'atmosfera di Peppina era anche invitante, con un affascinante decoro che integrava il delizioso cibo, creando un ambiente perfetto per un pranzo ricreativo.
La sera abbiamo goduto di bevande a Mary Mary, un'altra fantastica stanza all'interno dell'hotel, il bar aveva un ambiente vibrante e rilassato, rendendolo un luogo ideale per rilassarsi dopo un giorno di esplorazione. Il menu del cocktail è stato impressionante, con preferiti classici e creature innovative realizzate da mixologi qualificati. Ogni bevanda che abbiamo ordinato è stata fatta in modo esperto e bellamente gareggiata, aggiungendo all'esperienza generale.
In generale, il nostro soggiorno all'Hotel Tasman Luxury è stato un vero testamento all'ospitalità al suo meglio. La combinazione di servizi eccezionali da Taylor e Ebony, insieme alle piacevoli esperienze di cena a Peppina e Mary Mary, ha creato un meraviglioso giardino che apprezzeremo per molto tempo. Abbiamo lasciato sentirci rigiovaniti e grati per l'eccellente cura che abbiamo ricevuto durante tutta la nostra visita.

MmintylauRimasto 5 notti in hotel. È una stanza standard di dimensioni. Prenotamo una stanza Mountain View, si può vedere una parte dell'acqua. Non è troppo vicino al centro della città, ci vorrà un po' di tempo per camminare al mercato Salamanca. Se invece avete una macchina, sarebbe fantastico, poiché c'è parcheggio gratuito. E' un bel hotel con un grande servizio. E ****** è accanto a lui, può giocare durante il vostro soggiorno.

UUtente ospiteSono arrivato tardi perché il mio volo è stato ritardato di quattro ore. La stanza iniziale che mi è stata offerta aveva un odore sgradevole proveniente dal bagno. Ho contattato il servizio di assistenza in camera, ma non c'è stato alcun miglioramento dopo che hanno affrontato la questione. Fortunatamente, l'hotel mi ha fornito una stanza diversa, dimostrando la loro disponibilità a risolvere il problema. La posizione è incredibilmente conveniente, vicino al centro visitatore e alla zona principale shopping. Raccomando questo hotel agli altri.

UUtente ospiteAs an international brand, I don't think this Crown Palace is qualify during my staying experience. I'm checking in on 25th Dec, understand that is holiday so no other restaurants open so we decided to have dinner at The Core restaurants. We arrived at around 19:40 and finished order at 20:00, however the food just arrived after 40min after I chased at 20:35 even the 6pcs oysters. On 26th, I have ordered 2 bottles of water at around 00:00 for my kid before sleep, however it was not arrived until next day. I was just check out & back to hotel lobby (4/F) for toilet. And found a male staff going to female toilet for cleaning after me. I was shocked & scare so I come out and going to the unisex one. When I approached FO counter & mentioned I'm quite scare. But the female staff just told me that was normal and just simply appologize without any explanation. To be honest, that's really unacceptable & never come back.

DDan SudakovIl mio hotel preferito a Hobart: check-in rapido, deposito bagagli gratuito, piscina con vista stupenda. E 'un passo al centro della città 10-minute. C'è anche un bel tavolo da pranzo, che si occupa di sera, ma non ho potuto provarlo. Raccomando questo hotel.

MMattyFThe bed was large and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large too. It was all clean. Most guest rooms are in annexes, with reception and dining in the old building (old for Oz, anyway) which boasts a bit of style. Breakfast was quite good but items such as bacon and scrambled eggs did not stay very hot about the buffet. I liked the sourdough. Reception was prompt and professional. Now the minor dislikes: it’s a good 30 minute walk from the CBD / waterfront, up a bit of hill all the way. (There is an area with plenty of bars etc about half way). I walked several times a day and it was OK. Most guests will have cars though. The living area in the room needed a TV. If there can only be one TV per room, it would be better there than in front of the bed in my opinion. Finally, one of the two wardrobes is locked up, presumably to store linen etc. The other only has hanging space so there was no shelving. I felt a little cheated that half of “my” potential wardrobe space was denied to me! On balance, I would consider staying again, even though it is a little way out of town. Overall it is large, clean, comfortable and manages a little style.

KKanchana KhamtaIf you have an early morning flight departing from Hobart Airport and do not have a car (for example, if you have already returned your rental car), I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Even though it is close to the airport, you may face serious transportation issues like the one I experienced.
The hotel is located about 1.8 km from Hobart Airport. By car or taxi, it takes around 5 minutes. However, if you walk, Google Maps shows it takes approximately 25–30 minutes.
On 13 December 2025 at around 5:00 PM, I asked the front desk staff to help me pre-book a taxi with 13CABS for the next morning, using my Australian local number from my eSIM. After the booking was completed, I received an SMS confirming my 13CABS request, including the pickup date and time, as well as a tracking link.
On the morning of 14 December, I checked out very early at 5:45 AM. At that time, the front desk was closed, so I returned the key card at the counter. I then opened the tracking link from the SMS to check the taxi’s location. I could see a car on the map, but it appeared to be quite far away. I decided to wait.
As the pickup time approached, I went outside to wait at the drop-off area, but no taxi arrived. I checked the tracking link again and found that the car was no longer coming.
At 5:54 AM, I received another SMS from 13CABS saying:
“Hi this is 13 CABS. We are sorry for the delay, we hope to have a vehicle to 1 Holyman, CAMBRIDGE shortly. Do you still require a taxi? Please reply Y/N.”
I replied “Y” immediately. After waiting another five minutes with no further updates, I started to feel very anxious.
At that point, I met a couple from Hong Kong who were experiencing the same issue—the taxi they had pre-booked also did not arrive.
I then called the after-hours reception number provided by the hotel. The staff member was very helpful and advised me to contact 13CABS directly to make a new booking.
When I called 13CABS, the operator made a new booking for me and sent another SMS confirmation. However, after waiting for quite a while, there was still no taxi. I asked the Hong Kong couple, and they told me their taxi was supposedly on the way.
About five minutes later, a taxi finally stopped at the drop-off area. The couple checked with the driver—it was not their booked taxi. I then asked the driver, and it was not booked under my name either. However, the driver explained that he was waiting in the airport queue and had received a call from head office instructing him to pick up passengers from Mantra Hobart Airport and take them to Hobart Airport.
In the end, both the Hong Kong couple and I shared that taxi. The driver charged me AUD 21 and charged the couple AUD 21 as well.
In conclusion, staying here is risky if you have an early morning flight, even though the hotel is close to the airport. You may encounter serious issues arranging transportation in the early hours and risk missing your flight.
That morning, while I was waiting at the drop-off area, I also saw a man walking from the hotel toward the airport, pulling his suitcase. Unfortunately, it was raining at the time, and the weather was cold, making the situation even worse.

UUtente ospiteL'ambiente dell'hotel è particolarmente buono, vicino al lago, parcheggio gratuito, la macchina può essere parcheggiata alla porta della stanza, la stanza è di solito decorata, un po'simpatica, ma la colazione è molto buona, abbiamo bisogno di un indirizzo nel menu, abbiamo ordinato il set più costoso, supervaluta! Ma la cucina deve essere fatta ora, aspettare molto, il tempo è stretto, puoi mandare qualcuno a cena in anticipo e poi tornare a prendere il bagaglio.
