"Questa è la seconda recensione. Non riesco a finirla in una pagina. La prima recensione parla di trasporti, ambiente, servizi igienico-sanitari, decorazioni e servizio. Questa recensione parla di come godermi i due laghi durante il soggiorno in questo hotel con due persone anziane. Se hai moglie e figli, questa squadra complicatissima può gestirlo, quindi penso che non avrai problemi. Prima di tutto, non ho guidato da solo perché non avevo la patente internazionale. I compatrioti di Hong Kong, Macao e Taiwan dovrebbero fare del loro meglio per guidare da soli. Se arrivi da Osaka, prendi lo Shinkansen fino alla stazione della città di Mishima, gira a destra, prendi un autobus direttamente per la stazione di Yamanakako e cammina per alcuni minuti fino alla porta dell'hotel. Se arrivi da Tokyo, devi prendere un autobus da Shinjuku direttamente alla stazione di Yamanakako, che impiega più di 2 ore. Puoi prendere un treno per il lago Kawaguchi e poi prendere un autobus per il lago Yamanaka. Per passeggiare intorno al lago Yamanaka è necessaria solo la metà del lago in un giorno. Si consiglia di andare in bicicletta. Ci sono noleggi di biciclette a poche centinaia di metri dal 71 fuori dall'hotel, ma sono più costosi del lago Kawaguchi. "I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was—much larger than I expected. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms, which was really convenient. The ryokan-style bed gave a lovely traditional Japanese feel, which I absolutely loved. There's also a window-side table where you can sit and enjoy a full view of Mt. Fuji all day long. I was lucky to visit on a clear day and saw an unobstructed view of Mt. Fuji—it made the trip truly unforgettable.
Breakfast was delicious with every dish. The hotel also offers a laundry room, a kids’ playroom, and a stunning Mt. Fuji view onsen—perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and after check-in, there was even a shuttle service to Kawaguchiko Station. Highly recommended!"

"It’s about 10 mins car ride from train station to gran princess hotel. There is no pick up service or shuttle bus after 5 pm so very inconvenient esp those who are out to various attractions esp its cold wintry weather season. You can call from tourism centre between 3 pm to 5 pm. There are not many taxis around and have to wait for a long time and hotel staff does not offer help to do any booking for us and it’s wet and cold for all of us. The morning breakfast BBQ and onsen are a plus and you can chill out otherwise it’s far to get to 7 eleven store. In house restaurant is not available if you do not book one day in advance and only have option of ordering room service which a bit pricey."

"山中湖初聚旅館是我在東京12天行中住過的體驗感最棒的旅館沒有之一，雖然衹有短短的一晚，但是給人的感覺非常棒。
地理位置及環境：這家酒店坐落於距離山中湖大約500米的位置，離公交車站非常近，步行3分鐘就能到公交車站，交通十分方便，縣城整體地勢傾斜，酒店位於山坡稍高處，能俯瞰整個縣城的建築與樓宇，並且遠離喧囂的主幹道，在夜晚漫步在酒店樓下與山間雲霧相伴，雲霧浮游於樓宇之間，微茫如紗，輕籠着這寂寥的村莊。踽踽獨行，足音消盡於濕潤的土徑上，似乎感覺連自己的存在也似乎被這白茫茫的霧氣稀釋了。
衞生及設施：酒店裝修採用日式榻榻米構造，與大阪東京等城市較為擁擠的酒店不同，酒店房間很大，打開窗户就能聞到空氣裏雨後土壤與花草混合的芳香氣息，衞生方面無可挑剔，進入酒店大堂便可換上日式拖鞋，真真正正的做到到了一塵不染，榻榻米與床鋪打掃的很乾凈，傳統的日式風格讓人一進門就能感受到愜意與放鬆，整個酒店沒有任何異味，隔音效果一級棒，很關鍵的一點是有熱水！！而且燒水裝置很乾凈！！二樓擁有一個很舒服的浴湯，設施齊全，忙碌完一天卸下外衣泡在浴池那一刻彷彿置身於世外！酒店配有自行車租賃服務，相比於酒店外的自行車租賃價格而言足足便宜了一半，非常的便捷，酒店牆上還貼有整個富士山周圍適合拍照的景點，飯館等的地圖，如果要對自己未來幾天的行程進行規劃的話看這張地圖一目瞭然！
服務：前台的美女姐姐和老闆都是華人，溝通十分方便，我和朋友在酒店的一晚幫了我們很多忙，對於兩個年輕小夥子在一個完全陌生的環境會有很多問題，前台的美女姐姐一直在熱心解答並且介紹附近的遊玩景點，第二天要走時由於我和朋友不懂日文不會買票，老闆熱心的幫我們在網上預約幫了非常非常大的忙！
這次酒店帶給我的體驗是一語道不盡，以下的圖片P1～P5為酒店內與酒店下300米以內拍的照片，出酒店步行一會兒就能看到富士山巍然屹立的景象。
P6～P7為酒店附近的山口湖，離酒店很近，早上或者傍晚在湖邊走走亦或是吹吹風是一個非常不錯的選擇。
P8為酒店內的環境，總體來説是非常大的。
P9是老闆幫我看新宿bus的聊天記錄，非常感謝老闆！
P10是大堂貼的富士山導航圖一覽

"The stay was awesome and the staff are very kind and helpful, providing very clear information to all the servives and activities we can do.
We were welcomed with complimentary snacks, drinks and even wine after check in. And there is also a complimentary ramen supper available, which feeds our empty stomach after a whole day. The coffee and hot chocolate is also availavle 24 hours complimentary.
There is also different onsen theme available, private and public which we had tried out all. Do note on some of the rules when using the onsen.
The breakfast is very good and tasty. We had our first Japanese style breakfast and tried the local Hotou and 纳豆 as well.
Location wise is slightly outskirts from the Fujikawaguchiko station but there is shuttle bus available for transfer. However, we drived but didn't had the chance to take the shuttle bus. Parking wise a lot of spaces available so that's not a worry.
Ultimately, the best of the best is the Mount Fuji voew from our balcony and there is also onsen available in the room.
Overall, we had a very good stay and would recommend for anyone who would like a good and comfortable stay. 5 star service."

Fantastico
JJun woh Room is clean as well as the onsen bath tub. The room booked also has full view of Mt Fuji without any obstruction. The hotel staffs are all friendly and helpful. They do offer pick up and drop off services to kawaguchiko station without any charges at specific time. One of the best hotel services I have received. Kudos to the team! Only thing that was not in favor for the trip was the gloomy weather. 🥲 will definitely come back again!

HHsiehGraceIt is a beautiful hotel, the room was spacious with excellent lake view, wonderful service. I booked a room with breakfast. However, they also included complimentary afternoon tea from 2pm to 5 pm. And following with cocktail time from 5pm to 7pm. (Even I do not drink alcohol) Which is an amazing and surprising service to me. The food was so great that I did not need to spend money eating dinner. The environment was amazing, and I enjoyed the hot spring every night or early in the morning.
It located up the hill away from the tourist crowed. It felt like I was in another world. If you did not want to walk the hill, the texi is only 600 yen (US $4).
We enjoyed ourselves very much.

The area is secluded, the place is very private. For someone who doesn’t like crowded places and love peace and quiet, this place is for you. Plus it has a beautiful view of Mt. Fuji. It just so sad we only stayed 3days and 2nights, we checked-in late on our first day when Mt. Fuji showed up. We were busy looking for a place to eat since the hotel restaurant was already fully booked for dinner. The next day it rained and Mt. Fuji doesn’t show up until the day we left 😞
I suggest booking early if you want to eat dinner at the hotel since the nearest restaurant is already at the foot of the mountain which is 5-10minutes by car, and around 20-30minutes walk. The hotel provides free shuttle going down until 5:30pm only while until 8:00pm for picking up on yamanakako bus stop. For someone who loves to walk while enjoying the view, it really doesn’t matter but it tends to be dark and might be dangerous to walk at night time since it’s in the mountain side.
Overall, I love the location, you won’t actually want to go out when you are in this resort. It has everything you need except hair conditioner 😅

The staffs are really friendly and easy to talk with. All our requests were granted except booking dinner on our first night since we arrived late, though, the staff is very helpful to give us recommendations where to eat and helping us to book a shuttle. On the day of our check-out, the staff didn’t understand that we reserved the shuttle later that day to go out on the bus stop, but he immediately resolved it without arguing.

Amenities is complete but we haven’t used that since some of our members have tattoos and cannot use the sauna and onsen. While some of us are reserved and not used to being naked on the open 😂
Anyway, the rooms are spacious and we had a comfortable stay. We would definitely book this hotel again when we want to stay on a place with the view of Mt. Fuji. And we would love to recommend this place to our friends.

PPICHEWA_I arrived at Kawaguchiko Station in the afternoon and decided to leave my luggage at a locker near the station before visiting Oshino Hakkai. I returned to the station around 5 PM to retrieve my luggage and called the hotel to inquire about their FREE Shuttle Bus service. Luckily, I caught the shuttle bus back to the hotel in time. The driver was very polite and helpful, assisting me with my luggage both ways.
The hotel had a nice and standard atmosphere, both inside and out. The staff at the lobby were friendly and spoke excellent English. They were able to provide me with all the information needed.
My room was a 20 square meter Lake View Room with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. It had two single beds, a desk and chairs The entrance had a large mirror and the storage space. Unfortunately, the remaining space in the room was too small to fully open my 28-inch suitcase. Luckily, I was alone, so I used the second bed to store my belongings. The bathroom was small but well-equipped with a shower, bathtub, and an automatic toilet.
The onsen was located on the 6th floor and was divided into male and female sections. It was clean and spacious. However, around 8-10 PM, it got quite crowded. If you're not accustomed to this culture, you might want to visit during the morning. (Operated Time : 3PM-2AM & 5-10 AM)
The hotel restaurant offered a variety of dishes. I checked the menu and decided to purchase a dinner coupon at the lobby. The dinner buffet was served from 6-9 PM. Breakfast (7-9AM) was included in my package and was slightly different from dinner. Overall, the food was decent but not exceptional. I recommend arriving early for dinner to avoid the crowds.

AAshleyLovely property in a great location. You’re slightly more off of the beaten track but the tourist bus stop is right out front of the hotel. Great being right by the lake. Amazing room, massive for just me. There’s no shower in the room just a toilet but the onsen was lovely and you can shower in there. Older property also be aware those with accessibility needs the hotel is up quite a steep slope/numerous stairs and then when inside there’s no lift so I had to carry my luggage up and anyone with mobility issues would struggle as I believe all the rooms are on the first floor and that’s after tackling the way up to the hotel. Staff were lovely, can’t comment on dinner or breakfast but a great traditional ryokan stay.

SSor Yi MingPlace is close to ropeway bus stop. however, it can be a challange to carry your luggage up the hill slope which is share with cars and visitors to the ropeway.
smoking room doesnt smell smoky as they provide purifier.. but the hallway lead to the room are very smoky in smell. just has to bare with it.
once enter, required to change show for their slippers, proceed to check in, there are foreign staffs that can speak some english to help with check in
if you check in between 3 to 5pm, there are free flow of snacks (popcorns, meatbun, mugi cha) and alcohols ( lemon sour and asahi beer)
once check in u can go for onsen to relax. not mandate to wear yukata. but feel free to do so for the immersion.
the room is dated, like stuck in the 90s or early 2000s. toilet is seperate from bath.. frankly speaking its better to bath at the onsen if you dont mind ***** infront of strangers n stared by japanese guests to see if u make any mistake ( they want you to be clean in every nook and cany) as they are in the onsen
has sauna but quite small. hover 82 degree c
has old school water spray jet which u need to control manually on all 3 sides.. good luck to do it fast during cold days.
basic amendities at the onsen area.. just hair dryer, fan and thats all
bed n pillow quite soft... pillow are small but u can get more from reception.

breakfast is ok. everyday similar menu.. buffet style breakfast.. fish, asa curry, breads, minced marinated sashimi don, corn soup and miso soups. free flow coffee, soft drinks and limited selection of fruits.
dinner is ok, buffet style but 90 min.. need to info counter what is your prefered time slot. i recommend choose dinner... cuase it is quite a distance to the bus station for food.. and the queue are horrendous but the food are nice there tho, u can even admire mt fuji.
heard the dinner theme is based on months or seasons.
