- Sono io a dare il punteggio più basso a questa catena di hotel. Siamo arrivati all'hotel Agoda ”Centro Hotel Celler Tor” di Braunschweig in Germania il 7 marzo alle 23:00, alla frontiera Yagodin (Ucraina / Polonia) con mia moglie e mio gender in 2 auto venivamo imbarcati dalla mia famiglia Ukrainian fuggite dalla guerra in Ucraina (Babouchka di 80 anni, un bambino di 3 mesi, 2 bambini e 3 madri). Il receptionista ci ha accolto con il sorriso di circostanza, ci ha offerto 3 camere 3 posti per 256€. Per la stessa scelta sul sito web dell'hotel, la tariffa era di 216€. Il destinatario ci ha consigliato di prenotare online. Cosa è fatto con pagamento online. Tutto era ok. E' proprio ora di darci le chiavi delle camere che ci chiede un certificato di vaccinazione. Gli spiego che i francesi hanno un passaporto vaccinale sul loro telefono, ma che la mia famiglia ucraina non sarà in grado di presentarlo al momento della presa di partenza. Questo signore, apparentemente poco informato della drammatica situazione in Ucraina, ha solo rispettato il regolamento della catena hoteliera tedesca, ci ha chiarito in modo categorico di andare. Nessun umanista, un bambino di 3 mesi e una nonna di 80 anni, lo hanno lasciato completamente inquietante. Dopo molta pressione, ci siamo trovati in strada, poi su un'area di autostrada per ”dormire” a 10 in 2 auto. Forse è un caso isolato ... tuttavia, in piena crisi ucraina, Inoltre, l'esaustione, questo evento ha avuto un gusto molto amargo. Ho postato un annuncio identico sul sito web di questa catena hotel ... annuncio che non apparirà ... e da allora non posso postarlo su questo sito. Una notte in macchina per una Babouchka, un bambino di 3 mesi, un bambino di 2,5 anni e un altro di 6 anni, a una temperatura di -1°, per 216€, nessun rimborso possibile!... È l'ospitalità di Agoda .... a Braunschweig in Germania! Fuggite !!!!!

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und das Bett bot ein guten Liegekomfort. Die Größe war für einen Kurzaufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Wir haben uns hier wohlgefühlt und würden es jederzeit wieder wählen.

L'hotel ha scelto durante il nostro viaggio, tra l'altro per la vicinanza all'autostrada. Non c'è nulla da sentire di questo. Ma le camere sono molto luminose. Una famiglia alta accanto a noi e il silenzio delle porte metalliche sul portico per la sicurezza dei bambini si continua a sentire le camere. Perché non lasciare ogni 2 camere attualmente libere se la posizione è molto bassa? I letti sono anche un po' percorsi e il desinfettante non lascia un odore piacevole nelle camere. Il personale è difficile da trovare come è morto. Self check in con codice desiderato per la porta. Purtroppo non possiamo raccomandare l'hotel.

Personale molto amichevole. La camera è molto moderna, luminosa e pulita. Qui mi sono sentito molto bene. La colazione non lascia neanche i desideri. Prenoterò una stanza qui la prossima volta.

Nous n'avons pas été prévenu que la piscine n'était pas disponible et nous avions choisi l'hôtel pour cela. Nous avons choisi la formule buffet à 24 € pour le repas du soir mais c'était décevant avec seulement 4 plats desséchés plus une seule sorte de dessert. Il y avait aussi un petit buffet froid très maigre. Aucun réassort à part le dessert. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était beaucoup mieux mais les pancakes étaient probablement réchauffer au micro-ondes donc immangeables. Dommage car le personnel est sympathique et l'hôtel est très bien placé géographiquement.

Das Personal ist ausgezeichnet und besonders aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Essen (Abendessen wie auch Frühstück ) waren ausgesprochen gut. ”Sonderwünsche” wurden gerne angenommen und auch umgesetzt. Der Service arbeitet in diesem Hause mit Spaß und Leidenschaft.

Schönes stylisches Hotel direkt am Hauptbahnhof Wolfsburg (2 Minuten Fußweg)und der Volkswagen Autostadt. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Tolles und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen

We stay at the high-end luxury hotels regularly. When you pay a high room rate and it’s a 5 star hotel you expect service I’m not saying this is not a good hotel only there is some room for improvement. Check in was not what we expected from past Ritz stays. Nobody in front of the hotel. Nobody to help with luggage or to park the car. We went in and the employee at the front desk was friendly. We had to ask for luggage assistance and valet parking though. Not what you would expect! (the Ritz in Berlin knows how this works so maybe they need some education) The room was very nice. Large layout with a very good balcony. The view was nice (both in the day and in the evening/night) Large bathroom and large shower. No bath tube (which was ok) The balcony had a large table with chairs so you could eat and drink wine on the balcony. Also large chairs for relaxing and the privacy was better than expected. The bed is comfy, I always sleep like a baby in The Ritz. The location is right in the center of autostadt. Very nice and the park is also good for evening walks. We enjoyed the park very much. Very clean. We had dinner on one night. The food was ok but not 5-star quality. The pricing was 5-star quality. Value for money is not in balance. The pool was great. Water temperature was a big plus (coming from hotels without pool heating) the view is nice. The service in the spa is above and beyond. The ladies working there are the best. Breakfast was good. Quality of the food is high. Most of the waiters are very friendly and pro-active. There was one guy who comes to mind. He stood above the rest with regards of proactive service. Very good coffee. Check out was better than check in. The manager reacted pro active on our comments. I will not say complaints though it was not the Ritz experience I’m used to.

La stanza è grande, la posizione dell'hotel è relativamente lontana, e la distanza a piedi non è quasi possibile trovare il negozio. Il parcheggio sotterraneo richiede 16 euro per una notte. Il parcheggio è gratuito alla porta dell'hotel, ma la posizione è meno. C'è un ristorante cinese vicino, auto-assistenza, 21 euro, non è buono
