We have just had a lovely 2 nights here - the hotel is very quiet, very clean and the breakfast buffet had food to sort all tastes. To get into the underground car park you need to have a code to tap in to raise the shutter and barrier which you only get after you have checked in, so if you can, check in online before you get there! Either that or just pull off the road for a moment and run into reception to check in. Trams run close by and their are restaurants just along the main road. The Turkish restauram nt Deniz is good.

Hotel itself is quite nice. Access is tricky and the total absence of instructions made it hard to find the hotel itself and then the car park. Apparently direct bookings get instructions - so unfortunately ******* customers seem to be regarded as second class patrons.

Exactly as expected: clean and comfortable room, quiet and in a good location to explore the city. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was fine. There are supermarkets in the surrounding, but if you fancy some softdrink, snack or beer/wine, you can get it at vending machine. Tram and bus stops are located right next to the hotel.

Overall a very good stay at the hotel. However, we have difficulty to find the reception and a parking place outside the hotel. In order to access the parking place, we need to check in first.

Check in was terrifiying. Booking code I was sent did not work. No receptionist was there until 5pm. It was 0 degree outside and I had to to wait more tham an hour for the receptionist to come. If they have a partntime receptionist then they have to make sure that the booking code theysend for self check in should work. Terrible experience.

Hotel was fine and in aconvenient location. No access to underground parking garage until you are checked in, and no information on this on the website. Otherwise it did the trick.

Ticked all the boxes for us, safe underground parking,Pet friendly & air conditioning & 12 noon checkout.
Also within walking distance of the town centre restaurants/bars, just perfect for a one night stay ,we will use again.
