Hotel in zona STOP SHOP, Bratislava

Hotel molto confortevole, letto comodo, bagno grande e fornito di sapone liquido per mani e doccia di ottima qualità, personale molto preparato e gentile, vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e poco distante dal centro, hall dotata di wine-bar caratteristica

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

L'hotel era buono, ma mi sento un po' troppo costoso, perché ho prenotato uno ancora meglio per lo stesso prezzo a Vienna, che è una città di contrasto in termini di prezzo. Ricordate che l'hotel riscuoterà un'imposta supplementare sulle città quando si trasferisce. L’hotel stesso era più pulito, ma la stanza non era pulita senza spot per essere onesti. Ho avuto dei capelli sul distributore di sapone e dei fili nel bagno. Il letto era un po’ piccolo e breve, i mobili erano leggermente danneggiati. La porta aveva un vecchio stile post-soviético di pelle falsa Ron sopra e mi chiedevo perché... mi svegliai a metà della notte dalle grida dei bambini che erano così alti nel corridoio per qualche ragione. L'isolamento sonoro non è buono, purtroppo, e la porta del tessuto non ha davvero aiutato. L'hotel dispone di un bel lobby autentico che ricorda un porch sovietico con carpette persiche. Ho prenotato un mese di anticipo per il 26 dicembre e pagato $68, che credo sia troppo costoso, considerando la qualità e lo spazio della stanza. Se fosse più economico, avrei dato più iniziali per questa recensione. Non c'è problema per una notte se tu vieni a dormire. L'hotel ha bisogno di rinnovazioni.

The location is great as it’s in the very center of the city and you can basically walk to most of the places without even using public transportation. Other than that, there are not so many positive things to say as the rooms are quite small (but clean and with everything you may need even to cook a simple meal) and the walls are so thin you can hear ANYTHING is going on in the next room, and not only that one. On Saturday we couldn’t sleep for most of the night as a bunch of guys decided to get drunk and didn’t care about keeping it quiet (not even after my boyfriend knocked on their door and told them we were trying to sleep, this was around 01:00 AM and they went on talking and shouting till almost 02:00 when they finally decided to go out to keep drinking). The next morning, we told the girl at the reception about it and she said she was really sorry and that she would have talked to her manager in order to give us a discount on our stay to make up for it. Unfortunately, that was the last time we saw that girl (we stayed other 3 nights and she asked us our room number and our contacts) and we never heard from the property till today. In the end it looks like they are sorry for you but they don’t really care or pay attention to their job, when I let them know about our early check-out they even asked me to pay a fee for it because they didn’t realize I asked for an early check-out and not an early-check-in! In another occasion we had to let people in as they had been calling the number to get the door opened for minutes but there was no one at the reception, when the girl finally arrived we could see that what was keeping her from answering was that she was making herself a cup of tea (or whatever she was drinking..).. Definitely they can improve their staff skills when dealing with people and maybe try to look not so bothered by guests because they have to interrupt their personal calls or because they want to have their beverage. Not a pleasant experience and we won’t go back there next time in Bratislava!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti in questo boutique hotel al centro di Bratislava , in una strada secondaria molto silenziosa. Appena entrati si è accolti da un gradevole profumo che ti accompagna negli spazi comuni. La gentilezza e professionalità dei ragazzi alla reception e del personale è ottima. Stanza molto spaziosa e arredata con gusto in stile classico. Letto molto comodo. Il bagno è spazioso, vasca, doccia e wc sono separati. La colazione viene servita in una bellissima sala ed è molto varia, sia nel dolce che nel salato. Molto carina la biblioteca e i locali in comune. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio SPA che consiglio. Veramente un'ottima esperienza!

La stanza è grande, ci sono due tavoli fuori dal divano.Il cappello e il cappello sono separati, quindi posso dormire lentamente in acqua calda e curare la fatica durante il viaggio. Il personale della reception è molto amichevole e il bagaglio è molto facile da immagazzinare.Poiché è vicino al teatro, sono arrivato alla stanza meno di cinque minuti dopo aver visto il ballo. Non molto lontano per camminare fino alla vecchia città, ma può arrivare a piedi, ed è molto conveniente prendere l'autobus. Se vado di nuovo a Bradilla, voglio fermarmi!

L’albergo è tanto anonimo esternamente quanto carino internamente. Si trova a due passi dal centro storico e dal castello di Bratislava. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e pulite. Arredate particolarmente, i bagni sono anch’essi belli e grandi. La colazione è abbondante e ricca, sia di dolce che di salato, con possibilità di prepararsi i waffle e con una chef che cucina omelette espresse per chi lo desidera. È presente un parcheggio sotterraneo al prezzo di 20 euro al giorno.

Non capiamo le recensioni negative sul tema, c'erano solo due asciugamani per stanza e cose di questo tipo, negli Ibis é sempre così, rimarcarlo non ha senso. Questo é un buon Ibis nel centro di Bratislava. a piedi si raggiungono tutti i siti principali dal centro storico al Castello, a Slavin, molto comodo anche raggiungere in pochi minuti la fermata bus sotto il ponte nuovo da cui partono i Flixbus per Vienna. Sicuramente consigliato. Garage a pagamento. Check in e out veloci con personale gentile.

Non puoi battere la posizione e l'atmosfera. C'erano alcune cose fastidiose sul soggiorno, ma nel complesso mi è piaciuto molto il posto. È dove di solito soggiorno a Bratislava. L'addetto alla reception Adam era un all star assicurandosi che fossimo presi cura di noi. Consiglio vivamente questo posto.
