Hotel in zona Rastlinky, Bratislava II

La posizione dell'hotel è un po' lontana L'hotel è più economico del prezzo Liji で Senso di chiarezza あります. Questo è il marchio Hilton. La sicurezza intorno è anche buona. Passa ５ minuti C'è anche un negozio conveniente con una stazione di benzina. C'è anche un buon ristorante davanti a te, dove puoi mangiare. Non ti portiamo disturbi. Il traffico richiede anche circa ５.

For reference I am a Titanium Bonvoy level status member (previously Ambassador level for many years) and Lifetime Gold, as well as a regular global traveler. We also tend to travel regularly to Europe around this time of year (i.e. End of November - start of Christmas market season). Following our first tip to Prague and a pleasant (but delayed) train journey, this was also our first trip to Slovakia and Bratislava specifically and was a personal leisure trip with my spouse and 2yo child. So, of course, this was our first time at this hotel. This was a points redeemed stay for 3 nights but you had to pay the city taxes per night. At the time (Nov 2023) this was about 10 Euros per night. It is a great to report that this was a very good stay from check-in to check-out, and as with so many Marriott properties outside the US, the service and overall experience was so much better than in the US. Check-In - So while we had not communicated at all with the hotel prior to arrival beyond the reservation request notes, and mobile check-in details, the hotel had actually paid attention to what we put in there. So I noticed in the app prior to arrival (and confirmed at arrival), we had been upgraded to a suite (called an ”apartment” by the front desk staff). This was on the corner on their second highest floor. This hotel is attached to a mall complex and was perfectly quiet throughout. They had the crib setup for us in the room in advance as well, although no baby bedding. (we did ask for this after checking in but they didn't really have anything beyond the cover for mattress). The check in agent was good, and ensured all perks were given Room - As stated above we were upgraded to a suite, which was more of a large loft setup with a bedroom area, a lounge area, a very spacious bathroom, and a very spacious walk-in closet. Room was well appointed, modern and super spacious. The welcome gift was nice touch and the turn down service 3 Toblerones was very good too along with the 2 waters per day. Housekeeping responded to requests promptly. The bed was spacious king sige and very comfortable and they organized two additional contour firm pillows. The crib was standard. . The Bathroom had plenty of counter space, and a separate bath and shower at either end. Shower pressure was decent. The closet was massive, with so much extra space to keep stuff organized. The room had great USB options at the bedside as well. Lounge - The lounge was 7am - 11pm and had a modest amount of offerings thoughout the day but was professionally setup but rarely staffed. (The breakfast benefit was in the hotel buffet restaurant and was pretty good) General Notes - Location is decent and is about a 15-20 min pleasant walk right into the main square of Bratislava (and where a lot of the Christmas market festivities are). It was attaced to a very large mall, that we never visited, and also close to tram stops, and the main bus station. The main train station is about a 10-15

L'accoglienza in questo hotel non è stata buona. Avevo contattato via email la struttura per essere prelevato alla stazione dei treni di Bratislava, poichè era una città nuova per me e una lingua difficile. Purtroppo ho aspettato mezz'ora sotto il sole cocente del parcheggio della stazione senza vedere il loro autista, ma ho ricevuto messaggi sms poco chiari, che prima indicavano una Skoda in arrivo e dopo 2 minuti una Dacia in arrivo (mai arrivate entrambe). Venendo ai servizi dell'hotel, va detto che sicuramente si tratta di un hotel molto attrezzato, con camere molto ampie, letti comodi, frigo-bar, accappatoio, bollitore, wifi ottimo e bagno con vasca. La colazione è ben assortita, sia dolce che salato, e c'è anche l'erogatore di nutella!. Tuttavia, la convivenza dell'hotel col centro commerciale rende difficile l'accesso a palestra e piscina, poichè sono servizi a pagamento fruibili tramite un'app che genera un qr-code che va sempre tenuto a portata di mano per entrare e uscire. Va anche detto che l'hotel è abbastanza distante dal centro storico (Stare Mesto) di Bratislava ed è molto distante dalla stazione dei treni Petrzalka. Per fortuna il servizio dei taxi Uber funziona molto bene a Bratislava, ed è molto economico. Infine, consiglierei alla struttura di non posizionare mobili con spigoli appuntiti accanto alle finestre, in quanto anche a causa delle luci troppo basse (l'illuminazione in stanza è scarsa) si rischia di farsi male!

L'hotel era buono, ma mi sento un po' troppo costoso, perché ho prenotato uno ancora meglio per lo stesso prezzo a Vienna, che è una città di contrasto in termini di prezzo. Ricordate che l'hotel riscuoterà un'imposta supplementare sulle città quando si trasferisce. L’hotel stesso era più pulito, ma la stanza non era pulita senza spot per essere onesti. Ho avuto dei capelli sul distributore di sapone e dei fili nel bagno. Il letto era un po’ piccolo e breve, i mobili erano leggermente danneggiati. La porta aveva un vecchio stile post-soviético di pelle falsa Ron sopra e mi chiedevo perché... mi svegliai a metà della notte dalle grida dei bambini che erano così alti nel corridoio per qualche ragione. L'isolamento sonoro non è buono, purtroppo, e la porta del tessuto non ha davvero aiutato. L'hotel dispone di un bel lobby autentico che ricorda un porch sovietico con carpette persiche. Ho prenotato un mese di anticipo per il 26 dicembre e pagato $68, che credo sia troppo costoso, considerando la qualità e lo spazio della stanza. Se fosse più economico, avrei dato più iniziali per questa recensione. Non c'è problema per una notte se tu vieni a dormire. L'hotel ha bisogno di rinnovazioni.

Such a quaint and chic hotel. The design transports you to the days of opulence past, but do not think that the furniture are old. They are brand new. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff is top notch. You will find hidden gems throughout the hotel. The Saloon, Spa, and terrace. Check out the lift. Was pleasantly surprised that they use L'Occitane for their amenities in the bath room. Definitely want to come again.

We arrived early and they kept our cases in a locked room so we wasn't dragging them around with us. We returned at 3 our room was ready, it was very spacious and clean. Great value for money. People and reception always friendly and helpful. Only negative is the big plant pot outside it blocks the name of the apartments we walked past them 3 times ha ha. All in all really liked the location

Non puoi battere la posizione e l'atmosfera. C'erano alcune cose fastidiose sul soggiorno, ma nel complesso mi è piaciuto molto il posto. È dove di solito soggiorno a Bratislava. L'addetto alla reception Adam era un all star assicurandosi che fossimo presi cura di noi. Consiglio vivamente questo posto.

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

We were pleasantly surprised when we came, this hotel was fancy :)) Room was spacious, bed - king size. Just in the room was a little bit too hot (AC wasn't working and opened window wasn't enough). But in general, we loved it! Also, breakfast here were delicious (coffee has a place for improvement ;) ). Also, as this hotel is in Old Town of Bratislava, almost all tourist attractions are in walking distance, or public transport's stops are nearby.

L’albergo è tanto anonimo esternamente quanto carino internamente. Si trova a due passi dal centro storico e dal castello di Bratislava. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e pulite. Arredate particolarmente, i bagni sono anch’essi belli e grandi. La colazione è abbondante e ricca, sia di dolce che di salato, con possibilità di prepararsi i waffle e con una chef che cucina omelette espresse per chi lo desidera. È presente un parcheggio sotterraneo al prezzo di 20 euro al giorno.
