Hotel molto confortevole, letto comodo, bagno grande e fornito di sapone liquido per mani e doccia di ottima qualità, personale molto preparato e gentile, vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria e poco distante dal centro, hall dotata di wine-bar caratteristica

Crisp, professional staff give shine to this older hotel. I have been staying at this hotel for business since August, 2021. The staff provided gracious service during the first Summer of post Covid travel. I was staying for six weeks and they provided a larger room since I would be with them so long. I have stayed there many times since and have always enjoyed a wonderful stay.

tutto era perfetto, il personale era gentile, mi è piaciuto tutto molto. a Bratislava alloggeremo solo in questo hotel.

Stayed in a suite here which was large and well appointed. Check-in was good and all requests were accommodated. Had a very strange experience with ordering room service dinner as we were told that we need to go downstairs to the bar to look at the menu and order; afterwards we would be given the option to either take the food back to the room ourselves or pay 7 euros for it to be brought up. Kind of strange as the whole point of ordering food to your room is to not have us leaving the room.

Puoi prendere un taxi dall'aeroporto utilizzando Uber o Bolt Puoi anche prendere un autobus/tram (n. 61) se ti giri direttamente fuori dal terminale dell'aeroporto. 10 minuti a piedi dalla città antica. Le camere erano grandi senza rumore stradale. Il colazione era fantastico. Hanno fatto un menu speciale per pranzo a buon mercato, ma la barra si chiude alle 2:00.

Il servizio della reception è stato ottimo. Personale gentile, competente e attento. La camera era molto comoda e perfettamente pulita. Un hotel con tutti i comforts e con una massima attenzione per il cliente. Federica

Having fully renovated the rooms means NOTHING if you don’t think things through. Our experience was bad, but just because the management didn’t clearly make sure that everything was working as it should be in a 120€ a night hotel which offers “executive rooms”. Upon check in, our room was cold and we couldn’t turn on the heating, even though on the istructions provided on how to manage it looked so easy. It wasn’t. At some point someone at reception activated it… but all the way up! The room was SO warm at night we had to call reception at 1AM to ask to solve the issue or be moved in another room, which eventually happened. As compensation we were offered a bottle of prosecco which was given to us… room temperature and upon checkout (two mornings after), when we had to go at the airport! Where were we supposed to drink it??? Anyway, Those newly renovated rooms are ANYTHING but soundproof as unfortunately we could hear voices in the corridor in the morning and from another room next to us. The design of the bathroom/shower is poor as the spash screen is too small and water spills out on the floor. Also there are no wall plugs right by the bed which is also absurd. You need to get out the bed to use one. The breakfast is ok but poor considering the quality this hotel presents itself to be. Therefore, £100/€120 a night for a room feels WAY overpriced (and remember it’s still 20 mins walking from town center). To the readers, I’m not saying “avoid at all costs”… but consider my honest review in your choice.
