Stayed here with family , beautiful hotel in a brilliant location with access to the old town . Managed to get street parking and was a lot cheaper than hotel parking . Warm and welcoming staff and a really well kept property . Thank you for the beautiful room facing the front .

We stayed here as a post trip off of our Viking River Cruise for 2 nights! A beautiful little hotel with a friendly and efficient staff. Our room was wonderful, clean and stocked with all the usual amenities! Loved the location and the ambiance! We had evening cocktails at the lobby bar - lovely! We also loved the delicious breakfast both mornings in the lobby restaurant! A great variety of delicious breakfast choices including local jams and honey! Highly recommend this charming hotel!

I was there for a business meeting and even though the location is good, and the brand is well-known for its service, I am afraid this one was not like the rest of the other hotels in the chain. Unfortunately, the service was so poor, from the front desk, all the way to the restaurant and bar staff. The only thing I can say is that the prices are good and as well, the one short lady from housekeeping made my day :)

Services and products of superior quality. I was served in record time by Ariana on the upper terrace of the hotel, and the professionalism and charisma she displayed significantly enhanced my experience. A considerate, pleasant, and hardworking girl. Besides the services offered, the view from the upper terrace is truly delightful. I enjoyed my coffee with the utmost pleasure. 10/10.

Excellent location in old town and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and stores. Room was fine and the heated floor in the bathroom was really nice. Since this was also part of the Viking tour, the breakfast buffet was also included.

I’ve had the opportunity to attend to an event organized by Catalina Filip, and it was amazing. She is the best from the best and I will definitely join other events that she will organize. Wish her all the best in her career with Radisson Blu Aurum
