Discover Derby from this brilliant new spot - our Premier Inn Derby City Centre (Riverlights) hotel puts you right in the city centre and moments from Derby River Gardens. It's a five-minute stroll to Derby's theatre and Intu shopping centre, and a tad further to the Cathedral Quarter, Silk Mill and Derby Museum and Art Gallery. If it's thrills you're after, head a couple of miles out of town for some nail biting footy at iPro Stadium or the high ropes at Markeaton Park. We're just half a mile from the station and a 20-minute drive to East Midlands Airport. You'll be impressed by our spacious new-generation bedrooms which each feature a 40" flat screen TV and luxuriously comfy kingsize Hypnos bed. There's great food to tempt you too, with our delicious breakfast served on-site as well as our hearty dinners served at our Thyme restaurant.

A very pleasant stay at the hotel in Derby. The check in service was very efficient and the corridors and room were very clean.

下午3點可辦入住。房間、衞生間面積大，但與房間比窗户小、對面是樓中其他房間的窗户沒有視野，窗户被鎖死無法打開，聯繫前台，説酒店所有窗户都打不開，但因為有換氣設施，住着沒有憋悶的感覺。床舒適乾淨。WiFi速度慢。位置靠近市中心，步行30分鐘到火車站。酒店服務態度差，預付款住3晚，因家中有急事，衹住了兩晚，多次與酒店協商，酒店不給退剩下1晚的預付房費。

酒店設施很新，入住的感覺很好，很安靜不吵，酒店的早餐非常豐盛，服務人員的態度讓人覺得很舒服，下次還會再入住

I cannot say enough about this hotel. We were visiting from The States with a large group of teenagers. The hotel booked for us by the travel agency was in a terrible area and not safe. The Premier Inn took us all in at 11pm and helped us to get all our kids into rooms, even going so far as to have an attendant personally open their doors and make sure they were settled. While there were some technical difficulties with the computer system, the staff persevered until a solution could be found. We are so appreciative to the staff for going above and beyond to accommodate us last minute. The rooms were safe, clean, and comfortable. We will not be back to Derby, but if we were, this would be the place to stay.

The team at Premier Inn were amazing when I had to find rooms for 31 American visitors at very short notice due to a problem with the booked hotel. Under pressure and near midnight they managed to sort out rooms for all my group. A big shoutout to Pat, Danni, AnneMarie and Addie on duty, to JP the manager for sorting out the booking issues having been called at home on a Saturday night and the morning team of Charlotte and Jo. THANK YOU

The staff were courteous and wonderful in helping our student traveling group of 32 gain rooms when we came in the late evening from a less than desirable hotel. Staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would rate a 10 out of 10.
