Hotel was very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly. No breakfast offered due to low occupancy. Which brought my rating down a bit since my husband was expecting it. Only stayed one night but would stay again.

It's ok for what it easy. It's cheap and convenient. The shower had no water pressure and the front desk associate didn't help rectify the situation.
The rooms are not soundproof as advertised so it can get pretty noisy when busy.
Doubt I'll stay again.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. The hotel appeared to be older inside as it could use more updating. It was very close to the entertainment but not right on the noisy *****. My biggest complaint would be the bed was not comfortable and the walls were super thin. We could hear every conversation, water running and tv from the rooms around us.

Clean and quiet. Staff was polite and personable. Biscuits and gravy were not good. Other breakfast items were good. I would have preferred milk to juice. I would stay here again!!!

Easy check in. Very friendly staff. Gentlemen at front desk created me immediately with a smile even though my check-in was late evening. I visit Branson Mo several times a year and this is always my go-to hotel.

Picture frames all over the place, it said that it has gym, not gym at all, it was frustrating!
Staff is polite but missing a lot of important things!!!

There was not anyone on staff for my check in. I waited over 10 min. Called the number and the manager or owner said he could be there in 10 min. I asked him why there wasn’t someone on staff 24hrs and he said maybe his son fell asleep
I told him as a single woman I wasn’t comfortable staying there and he should refund my room charge . I’ll be contacting my credit card and **********
