Limited hot/warm water in the shower. Every time I used the kitchen faucet is splattered all over including me. A tear in the screen door needs to be repaired to keep wasps out! Sliding door very hard to open or close, track is bent. Very difficult to slide lock up or down.

Branson Stay Nice studio style format, easy access and close to everything the area has to offer. Plenty of activities to do within 20 minutes of this VRBO, price was great, parking was right in front, all helped create a stress-free trip. Show some patience using the heating/AC and it worked great as well. Overall great stay.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND It was the perfect little place for two people! Very NICE & COMFORTABLE bed which says a lot especially when you’re away from home! The shower pressure was amazing! If I have to come back to Branson, I will be renting this place out again!

Overall a good stay The bed was comfortable and we did have all we needed but the heater took several hours to warm the unit and we were very cold. The remote was not easy to use to work the heater and when I called the property manager she knew this unit had a problem with the heating unit taking a long time. I believe they should fix it or turn it on to heat several hours in advance.
