The perfect retreat: sea la vie, family-friendly home w/ pool also near cities

The cleanest house in Tampa. I can give this house the best rating. The super attentive staff helped us a lot and I really give it 10 stars for all the details of the house and I recommend it 100%.

Mostly great! The home was super clean on arrival and directions were perfect. There was a water leak in the kitchen that we noticed almost immediately and we called and they were at the house within 10 minutes and it was taken care of! Great at correspondence. Only issues for us included the facts that although is sleeps 10, there were only 7 forks in the entire kitchen (we purchased plastic). There were no pizza or cookie sheets etc., though adequate dishes and pots and pants. There is just one small round table in the kitchen with 4 chairs and a very small island with 3 or 4 stools without backs (so not good for kids). The outdoor area has L-shaped futon for seating (very old), two lovely sun chairs that recline and then two extremely old camp-type folding chairs that have actual holes in the fabric and we didn’t really dare even sit in them, and a small wicker table but we found lack of table space to be an issue. There were three child-sized life jackets but absolutely zero pool floats or noodles or toys and that is something we have always had when we rent a home with a pool. We actually purchased four new camp chairs for the outdoor area, two inflatable lounge chairs for the pool, several kid-sized inner tubes, noodles and a few pool toys which we left there for future visitors since we flew down. Also, there are many bath towels but many are older and quite thin Overall a clean and adequate place for sure; just lacking in a few areas. We enjoyed our stay a lot however!
