Hotel in zona White Spruce Park, Brampton

Abbiamo soggiornato a Tru by Hilton, 6905 Dixie Road, Mississauga, ON, Canada da 9/14/23 a 9/16/23. Questo è un nuovo hotel, molto pulito. Colazione era buona. La nostra stanza era molto piccola. C'era praticamente nessun spazio per tenere e aprire le nostre piccole valigie. Non c'era un lock in camera. Il bagno era molto buono. La mattina presto sul 9/15/23, la nostra auto è stata rubata dal parcheggio frontale di Tru da Hilton. La stessa notte, la finestra di un'altra auto è stata rotta. Secondo la videocamera, l'auto è stata rubata alle 3:10. Ho chiamato la stazione di polizia locale Mississauga per presentare una relazione della polizia sulla mia auto. Poi ho chiamato la compagnia di assicurazione per presentare una domanda. Ho chiamato anche il Lexus se potessi rintracciare la mia auto. Purtroppo, Lexus non poteva seguire perché il sistema di tracciamento era sconnesso. Ho parlato con il Manager di Tru da Hilton, il signor Kumar, se potesse aiutarmi. Ha cercato di aiutarmi a trovare la macchina. Ma ha le sue limitazioni. Tru da Hilton ha restituito il mio affitto di un giorno.Secondo la mia ricerca su Internet, ogni giorno molte auto sono rubate nella zona Mississauga/Toronto. La gestione di Tru da Hilton dovrebbe disporre di guardie di sicurezza 24/7 per proteggere le proprietà dei noleggiatori. Nonostante la grande questione, non hanno alcuna sicurezza. Ho visto nel desk front, c'era un monitor TV per visualizzare le immagini delle telecamere intorno all'edificio, ma nessuno stava attivamente monitorando queste telecamere. Non consiglierei a nessuno di rimanere lì finché la gestione di Tue da Hilton non avrà attuato alcune misure di sicurezza attive 24/7. La nostra vacanza è stata completamente rovinata. Era una situazione molto sgradevole. Spero che nessuno sperimentasse la stessa situazione.

New hotel with clean modern rooms and free parking. Would have easily been a 5 star review had it not been for the reception staff on duty upon arrival, whose greeting comprised a raised eyebrow - to which I had to explain that I was there to check in (surprise). She did proceed to check us in without issue but successfully made us feel like an utter inconvenience. Perhaps her job description could have been better written.

Io e il mio amico andavamo a Dublino dalla California. Dovremmo avere un licenziamento a Toronto che durò un'ora. Una lunga storia breve, a causa della scarsa logistica da parte di Air Canada, abbiamo finito di rimanere in questo hotel per due notti. Il personale e le strutture di questo appartamento erano luminose in un incubo di viaggio. Tutti i membri del personale erano amici. Le camere erano pulite, confortevoli e il caffè sempre disponibile era così buono. Non potevamo essere più grati per loro. Vorrei che fossero stati autorizzati a allenare i dipendenti apatici di Air Canada e mostrarli come ha fatto correttamente. Grazie al personale dell'Avid Hotel. Hai davvero aiutato a rendere piacevole il nostro viaggio in programma in Canada.

We took an early flight so booked this hotel to avoid traffic. Free shuttle runs with schedule, you must reserve the spots before riding in order to secure the seats (especially during midnight)

We are staying now at Four points by Sheraton. We satisfied with our room. Its large and clean. In room you can found a coffee mashine, coffee, tea, sugar (any kind of), small refregiretor and microwave. In bathroom you can found a hair dryer, towels and bathroom staff. Also hotel provide a free parking. Inside a hotel a small shop with a souvenirs. Javid, who is working in shop very helpful and friendly guy. The hotel located out of city, but in walking distance (around 10 min) you can found a couple of restaurants. If you would like to visit a big shop such as Walmart, you can use bus number 38N (driving around 10-15 min).

Hotel vicino all'aeroporto. Grande servizio di navetta gratuita con i conducenti molto carini e utili. Controllo veloce ed efficiente. Controllo veloce. Camera spaziale con grande vista. Bella finestra grande. Camera grande e confortevole. Excelente valore per soldi. Note negative: Non sono disponibili scarpe, sono necessarie. Il bastone è stato bloccato. Mancanza di sapone per la doccia.

L'hotel è datato ... grande affare. Il tappeto della strada è inchiostro e filato. Quindi cosa? Il lobby è piccolo e non presume ... qualunque cosa. La nostra camera era piccola ma pulita, il letto era comodo, e il bagno di base e funzionale. In effetti, l'unità di riscaldamento/raffreddamento datata si è ribaltata come un modello T e l'ascensore era fuori ordine quando siamo arrivati ... ma il personale MORE che si è riparato per le carenze dell'edificio. Abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento rispettoso, sorriso amichevole, servizio cortese e consapevole e pochi tocchi sopra e oltre. Anche il nostro pilota di navetta aeroportuale è stato fantastico! Grazie per aver andato il miglio extra per i vostri clienti di ParkSleepFly esaurito tardi di notte. La prossima volta che passiamo la notte vicino a Pearson, torneremo a casa.

Stayed for one night before my flight. Good location, close to the airport and lots of restaurants within a reasonable walking distance. Rooms are well equipped, although the air conditioning was a disappointment. There is a control on the wall, which is misleading because the air conditioner is a separate unit. However, the air conditioner shuts off when the area near it reaches the temperature setting, while the room will be warmer. Setting the air conditioner at the coldest setting created a reasonable temperature but I would be concerned on a very hot day. I found the service to be generally polite, although not always helpful in accommodating requests. I asked for a quiet room with a bathtub. While I got the bathtub, the room faced the road, which was noisy at times. I had called the hotel a few days in advance so it should not have been an issue to accommodate both requests. I arranged the shuttle to the airport the day before required, but when inquiring about it, to make sure I didn't miss it, one of the front desk attendants (white woman with a Slavic name if I remember correctly) was quite rude. Apparently she doesn't understand the worry about getting to the airport on time since the shuttle only runs every 40 minutes so it would be an issue to miss it. The common facilities are good. The lobby lounge and breakfast area are nice and there is a beautiful courtyard in the centre of the hotel. The pool area was nice and there is a sauna, although note that it is on a timer so you need to get there early to let it warm up. The pool and sauna close at 10pm, which I thought was early as an 11pm closing would be helpful. The menu of the restaurant looked good, prices reasonable and a decent selection of beer for discerning drinkers. Breakfast was good but for the price, they should provide some vegetables for a salad. Overall, a reasonable stay and I would give the hotel another opportunity. I would pass on the breakfast though next time, provided there is time in the morning, as there is a Denny's nearby

The Tv is big and with high resolution. Bed is tidied up neatly and the room is cleaned. Feel comfortable when I walk in the room. There are lotion and facial wash in the bathroom. All the furniture seems simple but great.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights with a group of colleagues on business trip. It was not too far from downtown and we managed to get to our conference within 45 minutes with a taxi even with Toronto’s week day traffic. The rooms were clean and staff were friendly and welcoming. The only trouble was slow breakfast service. We were down at 6:00 am for breakfast (weekdays ) but had to wait so long to be served. There is a small gym at this facility and staff were nice enough to open it for us at 5:00 am. Overall we had a comfortable stay at this hotel.
