To the side of the kitchen, an office with futon. The couch in the living room is also a pull-out bed.Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms w/ Full size beds, spacious full bathroom with bathtub.On the top floor, the master bedroom with King size bed, Smart TV and small private patio with a view of the neighborhood.We use electronic door locks and you will be issued a door code prior to your stay.There are outdoor security cameras.House is in quiet private way, off the main road, but next to a lumber yard and mechanic shop.The occasional rumble of the nearby train tracks can be heard but quickly dissipates.Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance.*** We reserve the right to conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform.
