hotel buono, giusto rapporto qualità prezzo, posizione centrale , con parcheggio davanti, camere pulite silenziose, ottima colazione sia dolce che salata ,il personale sempre molto disponibile ,veramente gentile . Consiglio,

Forse, anzi, certamente, non siamo (sono?!?) più abituati alla gentilezza. E’ per questa ragione che voglio ringraziare l’Hotel Dona Sofia ed il suo receptionist – Sig. Oliveira – prima per avermi trovato una stanza tripla, per tre giorni, in pieno Agosto e poi per non avermi addebitato nulla a seguito della disdetta del soggiorno, a causa di un problema di salute di un familiare intervenuto immediatamente prima della partenza, che ci ha costretto a rimanere a casa. Nello scambio di mail avvenuto con il Sig. Oliveira ho avuto modo di scoprire una persona che – al di là del ruolo professionale – ha capito perfettamente la situazione: il tutto sempre con una gentilezza non comune. Grazie, grazie ancora.

Hotel in centro a Braga. Comodissimo per vedere la cittadina senza usare la Macchina. Camera grande, pulita e funzionale. Bagno grandissimo. Colazione buona. Parcheggio di fronte l’hotel. Rapporto qualità prezzo: eccezionale. Super consigliato.

Another review of this hotel said if you want 5 star then pay for it. This hotel is incredibly good value. It's basic, but clean, good size rooms, the beds are very comfy with a choice of cushion. But the best thing about the hotel is the location. It's right by the Cathedral and a very short walk from all the main sights, restaurants and areas you would want to visit. There is free parking available which is rare in this small city and we were lucky enough to get one of the 5 spots. But there is lots of parking available around nearby which is not too expensive and this hotel has deal with the cat park in the liberty shopping centre for 10E for 24 hours, where you can go in and out s much as you want (go to the car park desk when you arrive to get it set up). The breakfast is good, shame there is no kettle on the room. The staff are so friendly and helpful and despite this not being a luxurious hotel and it is a bit dated, I couldn't recommend it highly enough for a short stay.

A small boutique hotel. Centrally located, yet without street noise. A front desk staff spoke excellent English, and was very helpful with sights and transportation info. The included breakfast was served at 07:00, great for an early riser. Excellent with plenty of choices, including scrambled eggs. My room was rather small, and the bathroom was tiny. The rooms need an renovation to bring them up to date.

It is located at the heart of the city centre. You can simply walk to anywhere. The staff is amazing at the reception . They are helping you by all means. Breakfast is more than enough. Comfortable rooms and excelllent wifi. . There is also free parking in front of the hotel.

Well so many people criticising this place! To start with my arrival. I had mistakenly booked my room for the next night. Not an issue. Problem fixed in a jiffy. Great service. The hotel is a bit old but if you are only staying a night or 2 what is the issue? Room was tidy and clean. Bed was reasonable. Might have been a bit softer. I had no noise issues. I was on second floor. Someone else mentioned a lack of drinking glasses. That i agree with! This place is very centrally located. Breakfast was fine, eggs but no bacon. I would stay here again

Wonderful location and easy to walk the city center. Room was very nice and windows opened to enjoy nice weather. Breakfast was usual for Europe. Needed to use business center to complete travel documents and it was pay for use. The computer was not working. Very nice desk service. Parking is limited.

The pictures on their websites don't match the real rooms and breakfast is the worst! I contacted about parking place before booking, no problem they said but when we were there, absolutely no parking nearby! Also not happy about the service, especially the old woman at the reception
