Beeches Farmhouse Country Cottages & Rooms

Our stay was an absolute delight. Pauline and Nigel are the kindest, most welcoming hosts -their warmth made us feel instantly at home. The B&B is beautiful, full of charm, and set in a peaceful, scenic location. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. Such an amazing place to stay, This is our 3rd staying here, We stayed in the Pigwig cottage this time, The cottage had everything we needed, it was clean and very comfortable, and the fresh flowers, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits were an added bonus. We chose The Beeches for an extended family weekend visiting Longleat Safari Park (about 20 minutes away). 4 adults and 4 children stayed in the 2 interconnecting CowByre cottages and 3 adults in the en-suite rooms. The Cow Byres were perfect for two families with everything needed for a self catering stay with small children. The ensuite rooms were well equipped with facilities for drinks/breakfast. All accommodation was spotlessly clean. A highlight for us was the playground and games room as we used these in the evenings to socialise when a further 8 family members who were camping nearby joined us. We all enjoyed the table football, pool table and table tennis whilst the 18 month old loved the ball pool. The owner, Nigel, was prompt with answers to my queries beforehand and keen to ensure everything was fine during our stay. I highly recommend this for a family holiday and wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.

A warm welcome and relaxed ambience. A large and very comfortable bed in “The Potato Shed”. The hosts Nigel & Pauline had organised a Easter egg hunt which the children enjoyed. Great idea. Lovely cross country walk to the George Inn wearing suitable shoes & footwear for the season.

We had a fabulous 2 night stay here. Our accommodation, the Milking Shed was exactly as described, and it was warm and very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We booked direct and took advantage of the Thermae Bath Spa vouchers. We walked 25 minutes from the accommodation to Bradford on Avon train station, then took a 12 minute train ride to the centre of Bath. Our 'mini break' was very relaxing, Bradford on Avon is a pretty town with nice pubs and restaurants and open spaces. I thoroughly recommend this place to stay.

The Beeches Farmhouse is truly one of the most welcoming places I have ever been to. From the moment you arrive, you feel at home, surrounded by warmth, care, and the highest standards in every aspect—hospitality, extra cleanliness, comfort, and the beautiful interior design. The serene nature around adds to the peaceful charm, making it a perfect retreat. What makes this place truly special is the kindness and generosity of Niguel, his wife, and all the wonderful staff (including their sweet dogs!). They go above and beyond to make sure every guest feels safe, supported, and cared for. I experienced this firsthand when I had an accident, and their help and compassion meant so much to me.
