Livit Serviced Apartments

Absolutely awful experience, when we arrived the building was run down and dirty when we got inside we were showed to the room that honestly was like a council flat. It was dirty had dried up snot in the sink, hairs and dirt on the bed and hairs in the hot tub! When I asked for a refund the host Said that the information I gave was inaccurate ! Total scam, DO NOT STAY HERE

Didn't like my visit at all, we walked into the room and it immediately smelt like smoke. Someone had definitely smoked in that room before we entered, as a non-smoker, this was very off putting. The bed sheets also stunk of the smoke. The area was very dodgy, I am not from Bradford so didn't know what I was getting into, but I felt very unsafe. There was damaged objects in the room on entry, smashed glass, stained bedsheets and cracked floor tiles. 100% not worth the £130 they charged me, as well as a £100 deposit

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE My partner originally arranged to book serenity apartments. However, serenity apartments said they would accommodate us in what was basically their sister hotel/apartments, livit, as they had reached full capacity. They assured us that the alternative accommodation was owned by themselves, in association with their friends and that the accommodation was identical, meaning that it was an extension of their business and that livit upheld their standards, as well as providing all of the same facilities, amenities and level of cleanliness. BOY WAS WE WRONG!!!!! It is not very often I am lost for words. However, as I unfortunately stepped through that door and in to the hell hole, I instantly felt as if I was in the matrix. It was as if I was transported into a telepathic nightmare. The outside of the property resembled something of a dilapidated, old council housing block which was being prepared for demolition (wishful thinking- I know!) It was drab, outdated, dirty and quite frankly looked like a destitute, barren structure. Through the old fashioned, filthy windows, you could see cheap tack Amazon LED ***** lights lacing the corridors. Upon entering the hell hole, we were taken into “reception.” Inside “reception,” it looked like a knocking shop with a few broken spinning chairs, with paper scattered all over and an old 1990s Microsoft computer. There was also an open door to a room just covered in tat, mess and electrical cables (how safe and professional.) The guy, as we were meant to be staying in serenity had the nerve to take the fee of £220 for the room as well as a £100 safety deposit, and then jokingly said the £100 would only be returned if we was “good.” The guy then guided us down the dirty corridors to our “room.” The corridor had old broken furniture scattered in spaces, broken stained dirty tiles and I cannot tell you how BAD the smell was. The whole building REEKED of stale cigarette smoke, ********* and weird incense sticks, it was DISGUSTING. The room doors were cheap, flimsy wooden doors with a number slapped on. The door resonated that of Jeffrey Dahmer’s. Upon entering the revolting room, the smell was just as bad, if not worse. The room was very dark, and I don’t know if that was a blessing in disguise, because I would dread to think what the room looked like lit. The room was REVOLTING. In the living area there was a crumpled, old prune like leather sofa, which only god knows what had occurred on there. Also, there was a mirrored side table, which top part was smashed to smithereens. The bedroom had an old, flattened, grubby soiled grey carpet with a round circular bed plonked in the middle. The bedding was fake Versace, it had never ever been ironed and certainly looked as if it hadn’t been washed in a LONG TIME. The bed was not even made up properly. I live in bradford, and this city is too runned down to have apartments like this. I called the managers mobile to test how amatuer he is, and behold telephone manner sucks, he couldnt really sell the room to me like it was a figment of his imagination. I know people have been robbed by these guys, sk i asked him about how luxury the rooms are, at the end i asked him for a favour and said " Can you please make sure your mother is waiting for me" then i hung up. i had to say it on behalf of those who have been robbed off their happy getaways Take care people, mohammed karim
