We stay here often when in Bradford, always clean,comfortable and the staff very obliging. It's ideally situated and rooms are big and comfortable. Brilliant again Highfield and lovely staff. We arrived a little early and where accommodated with a smile and very helpful caring young lady. The contact with the hotel is great. I would highly recommend it.

Stayed one night at the Highfield hotel we were meeting family there we decided to book a room in advance rather than get a taxi back home , The room was lovely clean very spacious light and airey with comfy beds plus a bed settee and tv . We had a kettle with tea and coffee milk sugar etc and a few biscuits . The bathroom was large with a the usual a toilet, wash basin over the bath shower plenty of clean towels and I can say it's one of the best showers I have used in a hotal and a selection of toiletries . On the landing below they were an area the you could sit and relax .a book shelf with an asor**ent of books from childrens to adults plus dvds that you could take to your room . The only negative is but it didn't effect us was the breakfast it is breakfast in a bag but not far away there is a large Morrisons and a Mc Donalds where you can pick a cooked breakfast up . I would deffinetly stay again some of our family have stayed at the Highfield previous years . The staff are friendley and very helpful and a very safe hotel the main door is locked and you can only access with your room card . A better price if you book directley through the hotel wesite .

We arrived early, which proved no problem to the helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Overall the hotel was clean but looking a little dated. A good supply of Tea and Coffee was available.
The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Like many hotel rooms now there was no main light, just lamps, which I find a bit dreary.
The attached spa was ok with a nice jacuzzi and warm pool. But like the main building it was a bit 'worn'.
Take your own towel or pay for use. There was also no working lockers.
A decent pub serves food just over the carpark. £7 breakfast was basic but good value. Juice, coffee, cereal and cooked.

Room was cold when we first went in with real ability to turn it up quickly
Wifi did not work in out room
Tv very small for size of room and remote did not work in room
Stznge that both taps in the bathroom sink seemed to be hot

Freezing cold. The radiators are only switched on once you have checked in, and I can testify having spent an entire night here, the room did not heat up. I went to sleep cold and I woke up cold. My father at least was able to double up on the duvet, but I had no such luck as there wasn’t any additional linen or blankets in the room and reception had abandoned post by 23:30 There was ‘retro night’ at the pub/ club that shares its car park and patrons with the hotel, but I needn’t have bought tickets as the music could be heard from our room as i tried try to sleep during this pit stop on our long journey. The rooms do not have a phone and the remote controls for the TV do not work. I know this to be true as we had to switch rooms originally due to the heating not working, and we had the same remote control issue there.

This was our third stay and we really enjoyed it again, If your looking for a cheap and cheerful stay this ticks the boxes. The lady on reception is always very welcoming and a joy to talk to, The pool is nice and not too busy. The rooms are clean but a little tired but you get more overall than you pay for.

Absolutely horrible owner bedding towels and anything else are all washed on a 10 min wash 🤮 Rooms are not cleaned properly either cups are cleaned in rooms in the sink bedding not changed because of lazy people absolute joke of a place

For over the y ear the Jaacuzzi has always stank and looks yellow. The steam room has rarely worked been a member since 2021. Facilities just keep getting worse so cancelled membership. Don't waste your money here.
