Chargeable offsite parking at £3.50 for 24hrs with plenty of spaces for vans. Reception staff had issues with me checking in and took nearly an hour to sort. There was maintenance works so one lift was out of order but otherwise didn’t notice. There are also outside road works but again didn’t notice. Room was ok, heating didn’t work and shower kept going hot and cold. Breakfast was good except on the last day of my stay where it was a buffet type. unfortunately the food was cold and hard.

I have been staying in Bradford a few nights each week for the last 5 weeks for work. The Premier Inn is better than anywhere I have stayed. It’s a bit tired & ready for the full refurb it’s in the middle of getting but it’s clean & comfortable none-the-less. That is only half the story though. The staff are incredible. Kind, welcoming, attentive and helpful; just brilliant. In a way it’s hard to single anyone out but I have to say that Nirvana has been so delightful that she deserves special praise!

Thought staff were excellent from check in and through to breakfast. Sarah and Angela were very friendly helpful breakfast hosts who helped to make the experience positive. Would of given 5 but for noise in morning, maybe shower from next door!

We stayed here for 3 nights in April. Nevena and Steph were amazing!! Really friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in the door. There were building works going on but it didn't disrupt our stay and the workman by the lift was also really lovely and helpful. Great central location which really helped us enjoy our stay as my friend has mobility issues!

Can’t thank Angela and Megan and Steph enough for the welcome they gave after a long trip and a very bad experience in Holiday Inn Express perfectly positioned place with clean and tidy food great not much more I can say but then again triple 2 hundred words so blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah

Time and time again I find myself here due to work requirements and Alex alongside some other regular staff members provide exceptional service and real care to make the stay enjoyable and seamless. Well done! I look forward to my next stay and one of these days greeting these lovely people as managers!

The service was the best we’ve had at any Premier Inn and the hotel chain is always consistently good. Sarah and Ánge were particularly helpful. We would like to visit again on our next business trip. They kept the bar open especially for us too.

Very comfortable bed and room was very clean, we booked in very late but still managed to order food which was lovely. We were concerned when lady on reception told us where we had parked our car to make sure we had nothing inside worth anything as there had been cars broken into.

Me and my partner had a really good sleep. The staff was really helpful. Ange was the best. Had a good laugh. The staff was really friendly. And would definitely go again.
