The condo is a short walk to the Clubhouse and set back enough to quietly relax on the lanai.The spaceThis Shorewalk Dream Condo is a 1st floor property that has an open and inviting floor plan. The entire condo is newly renovated with stylish features. This is a NO SMOKING ALLOWED unit.We are a short distance to the beaches and within walking distance to places where you can eat out and shop (Aldi, Publix, CVS). We are also very close to IMG Academy.The Shorewalk Condo Association offers 2 Pools/2 Spas, Tennis/pickle and basket ball courts, shuffle board and bocce ball court, table tennis, BBQ's, club house with a pool table, large screen TV/lounge area, and an outside dining area. There are clubhouse staff (10am to 10PM daily) to handle your rental/reservations of recreational equipment. You need to bring your pool/recreation pass to use facilities! We provide 4 passes in our condo.
