"Nice hotel, but the experience was ruined when they told me I had to pay $15 for parking. For context, the property is way on the outskirts of the city, near an interstate exit, and only accessible by a vehicle. Immediately behind the property are acres of farmland. Of all the similar hotels I have stayed at, NONE has ever charged for parking. Clearly it's Marriott's way of taking advantage of its customers. It was not shown when I made my reservation, so it was a surprise, and unavoidable by that time. I won't go back to that location, and it has me thinking hard about staying with Marriott in general. It's sneaky and insulting."

"Because I missed the flight, I called the hotel to discuss whether I could adjust the time to stay one day later. The hotel replied that there was no adjustment. The room was not full on the same day. The service level needs to be improved. I hope that I can improve my service awareness and provide better services to passengers under conditions."
