Located approximately 20 miles from New York City, this one-of-a-kind space is designed to provide a relaxed and inspiring escape. Ask us about our pet policy.The Space: Perfect for 2 guests, this guest cottage offers a live/work/play atmosphere that promises to delight even the most seasoned traveler. Architectural charm shines throughout the space, featuring an open studio area and a cozy, separate sleeping nook with a platform queen bed (two steps up). A full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a kitchenette. A small deck off the back for your own time to relax and drink coffee. Plus your own free parking up to 2 cars. (There is no subletting, there is NO commercial use of the space , No Smoking, no drug use, no firearms or weapons). All guests must be on the booking. (Pardon us as outside yard/natural pond renovations continue, targeted to be complete by late fall 2025), some areas may be off limits outside. (You may see hosts, other guests, maintenance on outside areas and other structures of the multi-structure estate).
