Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Any additional visitors are the responsibility of the primary guest. Parties or events are not allowed unless approved in advance by the host. Unapproved gatherings may result in early termination of the reservation. Guests are asked not to eat or drink in or on the beds to help maintain cleanliness. This is a privately owned property. Altering or interfering with electronic devices may result in removal from the home. Use of fireworks on or near the property is not allowed and may result in immediate removal. If anything is found to be broken or in poor condition upon arrival, guests must report it within four hours of check-in using the booking platform's messaging system and photo documentation. This helps us ensure everything is in good shape at check-in. Guests are expected to clean the kitchen and any used utensils before leaving. Trash should be removed from the indoor bins and placed in the designated outdoor bins. Guests should maintain tidy personal spaces. If extra towels are used, please launder and return them to their original location. Guests are not permitted to attempt repairs on the property.
