Howdy from Texas 🤠!! NO PETS ALLOWED.The POOL is Open, but it's NOT Heated. I did add a Nice Hot Tub, for everyone to enjoy 😃! The master bedroom also has a jacuzzi tub! Game room for the kides and adults to enjoy.This super cleaned 2,000 sq ft house set in a lush backyard with a pool, seperate hot tub, grill, lounge chairs, hammocks in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of downtown Austin. House comfortably accommodates 10 with plenty of space to gather and regroup. Hiking trails,grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and Water Park are all nearby!Please note that this isn't a Party House, its a quiet neighborhood and its key to be respectful of our neighbors. Quiet times are 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 11pm Friday and Saturday. The outdoor lights,pool lights, will automatically turn off at these times. Please come inside and enjoy the big screen tv and game room.
