*** Newly remodeled*** Set in a gorgeous location on Seneca Lake's east side, this home features an open floor plan with plenty of space to move around. A large dock offers a relaxing spot to take in the view, or jump in the lake with direct, private access from the house. The home is tucked away behind one of the area's finest wineries on a private road, with a limited number of neighboring houses.The main living space includes the kitchen and living room with large windows facing out to the lake and a wall-mounted Samsung smart TV. The master bedroom (king size bed) also shares lakeside views. Bedroom two has a queen bed; bedroom three has a twin over queen bunk bed. Each bedroom features new, comfortable beds and mattresses along with blackout shades for a restful sleep. A pack n play is available upon request.The kitchen features new appliances, purified drinking water, and a dining table for six. A Nespresso VertuoPlus machine is here for your use with a sampling of pods along with a standard drip coffee maker. The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking supplies (olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, flour, sugar) along with cookware, dishes, utensils, a microwave, toaster and large pancake griddle. A propane grill is available for your use. The bathroom has been completely redone with a large vanity and shower. A high efficiency washer and dryer are available. The house is equipped with AC and heat. We take pride in the cleanliness of the house and follow a strict cleaning process in between guests.A private driveway offers parking for up to 3 vehicles, with a set of stairs that take you down to the house. Like some other homes in the Finger Lakes, there are a lot of steps to get to the house (about 50) with no direct way to unload from your vehicle. Please be prepared to carry your belongings down the stairs to the house. It’s worth the trip, we promise.You'll have the place to yourself with direct, private access to the lake. When you enter this recently built home, you'll be greeted with open concept living, dining, and kitchen with over 3,500 square feet of finished space to entertain family and friends. Off the great room there's a deck close enough to hear the waves, and take in the spectacular views of the lake while enjoying your morning coffee or dinner while watching the gorgeous sunsets. Two king sized primary en suites, two queen sized bedrooms, plus two twin beds in a separate space. The finished entry level offers a kitchenette and large family room for movies and relaxing. With easy access, this is a level area for recreation, bicycling, and walking. A 100-foot dock is just outside your door to soak up sun, and provides great fishing, boating, or kayaking (1 included) opportunities. Lodi Point State Park is only six houses away with boat ramp and two playgrounds.Located mid-way up the east side of Seneca Lake, you are conveniently accessible to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and Geneva. There are many wineries and breweries close by. Ovid is the closest town for groceries, pizza delivery, a Chinese take-out, coffee shop, diner, drug store, Dollar Store and more. This gorgeous Victorian has been lovingly restored to combine modern conveniences with historical charm. As a guest of the Couple's Sanctuary, you and your fellow travelers will have access to the lower level of this massive property. We do not rent out the upper level to maintain your privacy during your stay. **THE GAME PARLOR CONVERTS TO THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH A MURPHY BED FOR PARTIES OF FOUR**Centrally located between the largest of the finger lakes, you can explore all the Seneca AND Cayuga wine trails have to offer. Check out Lodi State Park, a perfect spot for sunbathing and swimming, also equipped with multiple playgrounds and public boat access (4 minutes away).
