A microwave, toaster, and blender are provided along with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and an assortment of spices. A coffee maker is also provided along with coffee beans and a grinder for freshly ground coffee. The living room has a wood burning fireplace and a 40 inch TV. Downstairs is a game room with a shuffleboard table, a table for playing cards and boardgames, and record player with an assortment of vinyl records. The newly built front deck has a wood burning fire pit and a charcoal grill for BBQ. Relax and unwind at our 200 year old historic homestead, which was once an actual schoolhouse. Many renovations, including updated bathrooms, offer all the comforts of home. We are just a mile from the Jay Covered Bridge, 15 minutes to Whiteface Mt. & less than 30 minutes to Lake Placid. There are two fireplaces, a Smart TV, an outdoor firepit, fenced in yard, a babbling brook (hence our name) & 33 acres to explore. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sunroom, laundry room, deck and porch are all available for guests enjoyment. The sunroom leads to the deck, that boasts gorgeous mountain views. The master bedroom with a King, is located on the main level.
