We are located 3 blocks from the heart of downtown Grand Haven, 3 blocks from the Grand Haven Boardwalk and Chinook Pier, 3 blocks to the Musical fountain and less than a mile from the Beach and State Park. This place has one queen bedroom plus a pull out queen bed in the large living room. We also have a desk work station, good wifi and 55" smart TV. You're renting an entire house that has been nicely remodeled and has granite countertops and a walk in tiled shower. You're a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and a ten minute walk to downtown. Everything in the house was brand new in 2021 including hybrid mattresses on every bed, all new furniture, linens, towels, rugs, dishes and cookware. It is set up for a simple cookout or a full on holiday meal with an extremely well stocked kitchen. In the summer it will be stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach including towels, chairs, beach toys and floaties and even a wagon to haul them in. Here you will find board games, beach gear; towels, chairs, a cooler & beach cart, TV/gaming, a highchair, stroller, and baby gates, and a queen sofa sleeper. The stairs take you to the 2nd floor and main entrance; the 2 bedrooms, full bath, and laundry are located here - complete with plenty of comfy bedding, pillows, and towels for all. Stairs on this floor lead you up to the beautiful 3rd floor for your balcony views off the living room. The well-supplied kitchen & 1/2 bath are also on this level for you to enjoy! You’ll find many little extras throughout the condo for your use. We chose this property because we've been coming to Grand Haven for 20 years camping and boating. Theres so much to do and your just steps away from the bike path that takes you along the marina and down the channel. The board walk and outdoor pavilion ate great fo watching concerts, musical fountain, fire works and watching boats on the channel as they come and go. Summers are great in Michigan and there's so many pubs and restaurants you'll want to visit. Don't forget Coast Guard Festival and the Art Show that happens every year. So many great things to do and see.
