With lots of counter space, it's a great kitchen for entertaining!The dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen and is bright and welcoming. Listen to the “Rambling Waters”, fish with provided gear, or play in the swimming hole. When you are ready, cook dinner on the gas grill and relax in the brand-new hot tub. This is our second home, and we treat it and stock it with everyone you will need for a perfect vacation. Screened in porch, gas log fireplace, and outdoor fire pit. Yard games, hammock, outdoor dining, and plenty of Adirondack chairs to enjoy time with friends and family. Indoors you’ll find brand new granite, stainless appliances, Keurig and carafe coffee makers, full size washer/dryer, and even a record player perfect for enjoying a evening beverage around the fire. 3 separate bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. Our cabin is located on a gravel road where you’ll arrive to a private setting on 1.6 unrestricted acres. When you are ready to enjoy the surrounding area you are a quick 10 minute car ride to Ellijay, East Ellijay, wineries, orchards, hiking, biking, shopping, and paddling/floating the Cartecay River.This property has been a 5^ rental for the past two years. Fully stocked with staples, such as coffee, tea, spices and condiments, along with other goodies just for you. There is a half bath in the loft space, but the main bath is on the first floor. There are two additional bedrooms that include a queen bed and bedroom three has a twin bed with a desk in the room. This is a special place that has gorgeous floor to ceiling windows on the backside of the house looking out into the trees and mountains (seasonally).
