Worked nicely for myself and coworkers in town for an event. It’s a new build and appointed very nicely. A few things to get dialed in yet, but nothing that detracted from our stay. 1) I would recommend a pullout couch in the office - extra sleeping space on main level. 2) For some strange reason all of the Kleenex holders were empty. 3) Would have been nice to have a few more towels and washcloths available. My family enjoyed every moment in the house, the sauna, the amazing back deck, and the fantastic grill. Everything was in pristine condition, and the house was squeaky clean. We all walked the short distance into downtown each day and enjoyed the restaurants, shops, distilleries and brew pubs. Lots of fun bear decorations in the house! My nephew and I counted at least 112. There are probably more! :) We put the kids in the loft bed which worked great, although it might be a bit awkward for an adult couple. It is in a private setting, surrounded by trees, yet is within walking distance to the Egg Harbor beach and all the town has to offer. There are bikes in the shed you are free to use, and the connected country roads are great for bike rides! The backyard has a deck and furniture for relaxing, as well as a grill and a picnic table, and a firepit. The front porch also has furniture for some R&R time. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. There is an electric fireplace in the living room for some added ambiance. The TV has Samsung TV Plus channels, or you can use the wi-fi and hook up to one of your own entertainment app profiles. This location is also ideal for winter stays, and a snowmobile trail runs near the property. Winter is also a very peaceful and quiet time to stay here.
