Fall asleep in comfortable beds and wake up refreshed for another exciting (or relaxing!) day at the beach.There are three stylish bedrooms. Get away from the world in a spacious primary ensuite. The other two bedrooms share a second full bathroom. ☆☆ KITCHEN & DINING ☆☆The kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to comfortably host family dinners and are outfitted with all the cookware, dishes, utensils, and appliances you will need to cook delicious meals. The dining table can seat up to eight.☆☆ LIVING SPACES ☆☆The main level has a living room with two large, comfortable couches and seating for eight. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆While there are plenty of outdoor activities nearby, the house also provides its own outdoor sanctuary for guests to enjoy. Nearby, First Baptist Church has long been a spiritual and civic cornerstone of the neighborhood.This is a real, lived-in neighborhood and our neighbors tend to have company! You'll see friends and family stopping by, kids playing, occasional hangouts happening on the street and sidewalk, especially in good weather.Guests who appreciate walkability, history, and an authentic sense of place will find this location offers a unique perspective on Colonial Beach beyond the immediate waterfront strip.This property has a Ring camera on the exterior facing the front yard - it does not look into interior spaces.We allow reliably house-trained dogs for a $25 pet fee per dog per night for stays under 7 nights. When we have guests in the house we occupy our RV at the rear of our 17,000 square foot property. Nothing is shared between us and our guests including amenities.
