Surrounded by state land and 100’s of miles of trails that seem to head everywhere! Short drives to Grayling, Traverse City, Torch Lake and more. Wineries all around! A little over an hour to Mackinaw! Centrally located, Sunset Retreat is the perfect cottage for your vacation. 2 bedrooms and a loft. King beds in the bedrooms and a Queen and 2 single beds in the loft. All new beds, mattresses, reclining couches, dining table, washer and dryer, linens, flooring, and paint. 80’ dock will be in Memorial Day through Labor Day. 2 Kayaks, water floats, and life jackets will be available during the same time. Perfect for boating, fishing, and watersports during the day, guests can relax at night near the firepit. Four bedrooms (two on the first floor, two on the second) with two full baths, laundry room, as well as a spacious living room and kitchen allow for a spacious one or two-family getaway.
