Easy beach access just 100 feet from the front door. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, and full bath; upstairs is an open air concept living space with comfortable family room, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and second full bath. Large picture windows offer unobstructed, breathtaking ocean views while dining at the kitchen table or relaxing on the comfy sofas. The 2nd story outdoor balcony is a great place to view an amazing sunset over the ocean, while having an evening cocktail. Enjoy the serene neighborhood, just a two minute walk to a full service upscale grocery store, and convenient  restaurant options. Ample free parking directly in front of the home. This recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation refuge is the private main level of a home with spectacular views of Ecola Creek and the ocean! Two beautifully furnished king suites, one with Jacuzzi tub, the other with direct ocean view. Additional room with queen sleeping. Complete kitchen with bar and table seating, open to living area with fireplace. Enjoy nature from the large private deck with comfy seating and additional outdoor dining, and again, that stunning ocean view! Private entrance, and parking for 2 cars on site. Additional niceties include beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Free cruiser bikes available by arrangement. Contact the owner for any special requests. Currently accepting reservations for 2025 only due to anticipated retirement.Pets are welcome, one only please, under 35#s; fee is $20/day. ALL PETS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE OWNER SO PLEASE ADD PETS TO YOUR RESERVATION, GUESTS MAY NOT LEAVE PETS UNATTENDED.Note to guests: There are 4 security cameras around the exterior of the home: 2 in the backyard, one at the upper porch entry on the North side, and one over the driveway. We have celebrated birthdays, graduations, retirements, holidays, girls' weekends, romantic getaways, solo-recharge trips, and maybe a few rowdy parties in our college years. Our home is enjoyable year-round with our indoor hot tub and fireplace.You'll find our 3,000 sq ft home will have everything you need to create lasting memories. With a cozy, yet spacious layout, there is plenty of room to gather as well as getaway. There is a living room space and a bathroom on every floor. With 4 bedrooms and plenty of couch and floor space, you will find we can comfortably sleep more than 12 guests, although 12 is our legal limit. 2 dogs allowed - please do not allow them on furniture or in the hot tub room.Located at the end of the street near Tolovana Park and 2.5 blocks from the beach, you'll find everything you need within walking distance.
