At the last minute, we decide to rent our chalet, our cosy nest, we the 5 marmots because we will not be able to come this summer.It is located in Samoens, a beautiful mountain village, authentic, in Haute Savoie, very lively in summer and winter. It is precisely in the quiet hamlet of Vercland, 3km above the village, next to the restaurant La Reposette, at the foot of the ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer.Completely renovated recently, it is comfortable and practical, ideal for a family.It is composed of an entrance + large living room on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms for 2 persons each with bathroom/WC on the first floor. Apartment Marmot is a superb newly built two bedroom ground floor apartment in the beautiful historic village of Samoens. Please note the second bedroom is a small bunkroom. It comfortably sleeps 4 people and is ideally located 5 mins walk to the village centre which has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is located directly opposite the free Grand Massif ski bus. An ideal winter and summer destination. 260km of ski trails in the winter and hiking, biking, rafting and swimming in the summer months.Accommodates: 4 peopleMaster bedroom: Includes king size bed, double wardrobe (with plenty of hanging space, shelves and drawer), chest of drawers and access to sunny terrace/garden. There are 3 bedrooms that can be rented together or separately, for 2 nights or more. One bedroom with double bed has an en-suite full bathroom, the two other bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a bunk bed) share a bathroom and a separate toilet. Breakfast is served in the family's dining room by the fireplace, or on the outdoor terrace. There is a splendid sauna with a small indoor cold pool. The water comes from a spring and it is as good as Evian.You will need a car to come to the property as it is located in a remote place with stunning views, by the Nant d'Ant cascade.In the winter, the 80 ski lifts of the Grand Massif are just a few minutes away. In the summer, there are plenty of activities in Samoëns; hiking, rafting, mountain-biking, etc.This is a family home, and we'll be very happy to welcome you.
