In the apartment8 of a total of 7 there are 2 bathrooms, one with WC and shower, the second with bathtub, WC, washing machine and dryer including towels. Underfloor heating, supplied by environmentally friendly geothermal energy in combination with photovoltaics, is available throughout the apartment.The sleeping facilities consist of a double room and a twin room. All slatted frames are adjustable in the head and foot area. Bed linen is of course included in the price. From the living/dining/kitchen you can reach the 10 square meter east/south balcony. You also have access to a storage room where you will find other appliances for daily use. These include a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board, an iron and the usual household cleaning products. In our fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking. You will find a stove with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, coffee machine, blender, toaster and kettle.Free W-Lan is of course also available as well as a satellite TV & a HIFI stereo system.Our facility has 3 electric charging stations, which can be used free of charge.If you arrive with a motorcycle, we are happy to provide you with our garage.
