100 m2. More information by the provider: Beautiful, large, family-friendly, modern 2-bedroom ground floor holiday home with floor area of 100 m2. Situated in Lee on a peaceful and sunny location with an amazing view to the mountains this terrace house will make you  feel the most comfortable. Complete renovation of the apartment was carried out and completed in 2017. It has two bedrooms with a total of six beds. In addition, the apartment offers enough space for up to eight people. The sofa bed can be booked on request. The master bedroom has a double-bed and the other bedroom has two bunkbeds. The apartment has a spacious living room and dining area with open-plan kitchen. The dinner table has place for 12 people and the kitchen is equipped to accommodate the same amount. The kitchen is also equipped with raclette and fondue set, Nespresso coffee machine, egg-cooker, kettle, blender, toaster etc. The large bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower, toilet, plenty of storage space and a towel warmer.There is unheated indoor play area available for children. The apartment is on the ground floor and easily accessible. The parking space is in front of the door and the storage room right next to the front door. Central location in the middle of the village. 2 minutes to the train station, 5 minutes to the cable car station Rinderberg. There are numerous stores within a radius of 100m (grocery, clothes, shoes etc.). Nice panoramic view to the Rinderberg, the Chumigalm and with overlooking the rooftops of Zweisimmen. 1 uncovered parking space available. Perfect point of departure for all leisure activities (summer and winter). By the way: If you are not in the mood to cook on your own - the restaurant "Brasserie zur Simme, chez Marco", run by the owners of the apartment, is in the same house (day off on Wednesday and Thursday). The apartment is not suitable for small children and persons with walking disability due to the access by the staircase.
