This cozy, vintage cabin has been fully modernized and updated to ensure your total enjoyment. We designed each room for maximum efficiency and total comfort. Vaulted shiplap ceilings, exposed beams, four flat screen TVs, multiple charging stations, updated fixtures and luxury furnishings surround you. The main level has an open concept kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen is stocked with oils, spices, baking basics (even mountain-themed squirrel and bear cookie cutters!) and stainless steel appliances. The knives are sharp, pots are new, and if you'd rather spend your day on the hiking trails or slopes, the crockpot feeds a crowd. The dining table expands to seat 8, and the large, plush leather sofa in the living area is a great space to pile in for movie night. The stone wood-burning fireplace is available for your use, and we've included instructions that make it easy to have a crackling fire in no time (wood not incl). The BlueTooth surround sound system hooks to your phone with the touch of a button, and the house is stocked with books and games. We've even supplied a telescope for stargazing and wildlife spotting! It's easy to come in, curl up, and feel at home. The two main floor bedrooms and spa inspired bathrooms are designed to help guests rest and recharge after active days on the mountain. The luxury memory foam mattresses are new and topped with plush velvet quilts and linen cotton duvets. There are plenty of pillows, lots of storage space, luggage racks, and at least 4 USB ports in each room. The Blue Ridge king bedroom has a gorgeous seasonal mountain view; there's nothing like seeing the colors of a sunrise peeking through the Blue Ridge. Of course, sleek new blackout shades and high powered ceiling and table top fans keep you cool and sleeping well past sunrise if that’s more your style. The Wintergreen king bedroom boasts local art and a dedicated work space. The bathrooms brand new mountain spa inspired tile showers, heated tile floors, granite countertops and are stocked with luxury amenities, a first aid kit, hair dryers, and plenty of clean, fluffy towels. There is a washer and dryer in the cabin, with laundry soap supplied. Outside you'll find a large deck with gorgeous seasonal mountain views and year round views of the Lower Tyro ski slope, just a few steps away. In the spring and summer, the mountains peek through the treetops, making this feel like your own private treehouse. Plush deck seating, a warm propane fire pit, and a sparkling brand new hot tub draw will make you want to spend all your time outside. A new Solo Pi Pizza oven and gas grill are provided for easy dinner prep. The deck dining table expands to seat a crowd, and the propane amenities turn on with the touch of a button. Easy dinners and all the ambiance and warmth of a fire with none of the work! Part of the deck is covered, so you start your day with yoga in the summer (we provide mats) air sit by the fire and watch the snow fall in winter. The front of the home has an exterior ski closet and an EV charging outlet (please bring your own cord). The third floor Wildflower Suite is a sleeping loft at the top of the spiral staircase. This brand new flex space can accommodate a couple, a family, teens or any other group of four. One queen bed and a daybed with a trundle ensure that everyone can be comfortable together. The room has two high powered fans, more USB ports than we can count, and individual reading lights, charging outlets, and storage shelves. The entertainment space has games, puzzles, a Roku TV, and a video game console stocked with vintage Nintendo games. It might be guests staying here to come down and join the rest of the group! The loft overlooks the main living area, and the opening can be closed with the sound and light blocking curtains.This Treetop Chalet is a perfect getaway for couples seeking a cozy, romantic getaway, or friends and families making memories together.Guests can walk from the Treetop Chalet to the Lower Tyro ski slope in less than one minute. That makes coming home for lunch during a busy day of skiing easy! It's that same distance to the hiking trail entrance. The location is perfect for families with lots of different activity and endurance levels! Park your car, avoid the crowded lodge and lines, and ski in and out as you like!You'll access the home via a keyless entry touchpad. Your welcome and check in is contactless, for your safety and privacy. Parking is simple, three spots right in front of the home. No long walks lugging groceries or gear - the front door is 3 steps from the parking area. You'll have access to the full house, with the exception of the locked owner's closet and basement storage area.The cabin, like most Wintergreen properties, does not have central air. It is typically 10-20 degrees cooler on the mountain than in the valley, and because of that, guests are usually very comfortable just opening the windows. There are two high powered fans in each room if you like it cooler. This property is about 1230 square feet. It is designed to accommodate families, and is not well suited to groups of 8 adults. We're sad to say you will want to choose another property for your big girl or guy getaway. Plugging in all those hairdryers and running them at once will trip the circuit - trust us! Nestled in the heart of Wintergreen, our stylishly designed and newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo is just steps from the Resort, and all of its restaurants and amenities. Whether you’re here for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, a girls’ getaway, a nature adventure, or a ski weekend, this serene and centrally-located haven is perfect for your stay. Step inside and feel instantly at ease with our thoughtfully designed space, featuring clean lines, warm wood accents, and soft natural tones inspired by modern Scandinavian aesthetics. After a day of outdoor activities, unwind in our cozy retreat, designed to offer both relaxation and comfort from the moment you arrive. EPICUREAN KITCHENOur cozy kitchen area provides the essentials for preparing meals. With our open-concept design, you can stay connected with others while relax in the living room or enjoy a peaceful moment on the connecting balcony patio. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and electric stove with an oven. Several small appliances are also included, including a toaster, coffee maker, kettle, blender, and crockpot. The cupboards are stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, pots, pans, silverware, Tupperware, mixing bowls, baking pans, a pizza stone, and muffin tins. In addition, the pantry is stocked with various spices, oils, teas, sugars, and creamers. Dining options include a dining room table with two chairs and a bench. Three bar stools at the kitchen island are available for a quick bite. A table with four chairs is available for a meal outside. Inside the pantry, you’ll find various spices, oils, teas, sugars, and creamers, as well as a stackable washer/dryer unit. LIVING ROOMThe living room is the perfect spot to kick back and relax. You’ll find a comfy couch right next to the wood-burning fireplace – ideal for curling up with a movie after a day of adventure. The couch opens up to a queen-sized sofa bed, giving you an array of sleeping arrangement options. Linens for this bed can be found in the downstairs bedroom closet. There’s a mounted TV with Roku, so you can easily log into your own Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube TV, and more. We’ll also have Netflix available for you to enjoy.Just a heads-up: the upstairs bedroom is open to the living room below, so you might want to keep the volume down if you’re planning on any late-night news or binge-watching.BATHROOMSThere are two bathrooms in the condo, both with a shower-tub combination. Each one is stocked with in-shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash so that you have one less thing to pack. We also provide Q-tips, makeup-removing wipes, and cotton rounds. Additionally, a hair dryer can be found in the downstairs bathroom drawer. BALCONY PATIONext to the kitchen, you can open the door wall and step onto a comfy balcony patio. There is a table and four chairs, as well as an oversized egg chair, so you can relax with a beverage, enjoy a meal, or cozy up with a good book during the warmer months. MASTER LOFT BEDROOMThe master bedroom is up in the loft, featuring a comfy queen-sized bed and its own en-suite bathroom. If you’re planning to work remotely, you’ll find an adjustable sit-and-stand desk with cozy chair and lovely view – perfect for getting some work done while enjoying the surroundings. The room has big windows on both sides of the bed, so you’ll feel immersed in nature. With a lot of natural light, the sun can serve as your alarm clock each morning. But if you prefer a more restful experience, don’t forget to pack your sleep mask. Since the loft is open to the living room below, we’ve included a sound machine to help you block out any noise and get a great night’s sleep. There’s also a fan for added comfort. For convenience, you’ll find a luggage rack for your suitcase, a dresser for your clothes, and a closet to hang your garments. THE DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOMThe second bedroom is downstairs and comes with two twin beds, a big dresser, and a closet. Inside the closet, you’ll find extra linens for the sofa bed, plus an ironing board and iron. This room also has a TV with Roku, so you can stream your favorite apps or watch Netflix, which is provided. The blackout curtains will help you hibernate like the local black bears, and we’ve got a sound machine and fan in here too, for extra comfort. ENTRYWAYAs you enter our condo, you’ll find a wall rack to hang your lighter coats and purses, as well as hangers inside a coat closet for your bulkier items. Additionally, there are two boot trays for your shoes. On a small shelf in the coat closet you’ll find a few basic cleaning supplies in case you need them during your stay. SKI LOCKERRight outside the front door, you’ll find a handy ski locker – ideal for keeping your outdoor gear secure. In winter, it’s perfect for storing skis, boards, boots, and poles. In the summer, it’s great for fishing gear, golf clubs, and kids’ bikes. The ski locker is locked, and a code will be provided for you to use during your stay. PARKINGOur condo includes two unassigned parking spots for your convenience. During the winter months, you’ll need a gate code to access the condo and parking area, and we’ll make sure to send that to you before your stay. Additional parking can be found in the lots near the Mountain Inn. Keep in mind that these will require an uphill walk in order to reach The Retreat at Three Ridges. No need to stress about losing keys while you’re exploring.Finally, we take cleanliness seriously and work with top-notch professional cleaners to ensure everything is in excellent condition for your stay.The whole place is yours to enjoy, including parking, the ski locker, and the outdoor balcony patio.
