If you bring a pet, please tell us and say you have a pet on your reservation as our cleaners charge us a $50 fee to use "odor ban" on the entire house and do extra cleaning for any pet hair. If they determine there was a pet they will charge me, and I'll pass the fee along to our guest. We have sensitive non-pet owner guests with allergies so the extra cleaning has to be extra detailed. We provide Sling for cable TV and have fast internet. The yard provides an open but private space for guests to relax and enjoy the front patio, grill, and fire pit.Guests are also provided with full linens for bed and bath, cleaning supplies, a fully stocked kitchen, microwave, blender, and kitchen essentials.
